His staff are also unprofessional, the people at McDonalds have a better personality than this person that wears a scrub at the front desk. He used cutting edge technology to have a custom device 3D printed for my knee. He wrote an order for a aftercare package of collagen strips and bandages for the wound, and a recumbent bicycle for immediate use after the surgery. The wound was closed with adhesive and the covered with a negative pressure (vacuum) bandage. The scar from the surgery is very minimal which reflects on the time he took closing it and the bandages he ordered. I am now 3 months post surgery and my physical therapists say I am ahead of their average patients in my recovery. The custom 3D device, surgery, bandages, and bike were all done within Medicare guidelines so my cost was very minimal. My son had Dr. Tessier do an ACL procedure on him and recommended him to me. I truly feel I hit the lottery when I chose him!! Twice…read morenow they have figured out what is wrong with me and helped me when many other doctors could not figure it out. Last year I had a sudden onset of pain in my shoulder and down my arm, I could not turn my head. The pain was terrible, I could not move my arm. I went through the ER and two orthopedic doctors before my referral for physical therapy. I had a terrible experience before with a PT chain and was leery of going there again, so I called BCBS and asked for PT in network and Brian was by far the friendliest and most accommodating that I called that day. I went to see him, explained my issues (including my history of back pain which doctors could not find the source for years). I told him I just wanted my neck and arm better, he basically said that he would do that and maybe even help my back. They see patients at their office in their home as well as a standalone, I saw him at his home since it was closest. Just after a few visits I was already feeling better. Some short time after and my neck and arm were back to normal! He definitely takes his time. Some evenings I almost felt bad staying so long but he would not just let you leave in the same pain you came in, I always left feeling better. Julia, his wife and partner in their PT business is very sweet. Once that was done, I asked about my back (he was able to refer me to another doctor that is much better than my own). We started working on my back and the pain was okay, but nothing my doc was doing was helping at all, so a little is better than none. I stopped going because my life got hectic and I just never made time (bad on me) but continued doing Brian's exercises at home. I have been having stomach issues for 3 months which have not been resolved by 4 doctors, the next step would be exploratory surgery which I did not want. Two nights ago my back/hip pain was terrible, I could not sleep or sit or anything. I finally decided to message Brian on Facebook, explained the situation and asked if there was anything I could do to get me through the night. I tried stretching my hip and slept. The next day I called and Julia answered. I asked when they could see me and she said I could come in that day! I messaged Brian again to thank him and he started giving me ideas (sight unseen) as to what the mystery stomach issues could be. One (Psoas) seemed like it could fit! I had my appointment with Julia in their home office and we went over what's been going on and she did her evaluation and came to the same conclusion as Brian. She moved on to do stretching exercises and teach me some to do at home. I walked in at a 6-7 pain and walked out a 4! What's better is, this morning I woke up at maybe a 2, the best pain I've had in months! I plan to see Julia and Brian until this all gets under control. Brian and Julia gave me something extremely special: hope that my back issues can finally be put to rest (and dealing with chronic pain, hope is hard to come by). I am confident that if there is a way to solve my back issues, Julia and Brian will stop at nothing to find it. They are smart, compassionate, and wonderful to work with!

About 15 minutes later the receptionist called me and told me that I need it to go to back to the parking lot and sit down in my car because the wait was going to be 1.5 hours or longer. I was surprise by such request considering that they were only 2 -3 people also at the wait area. So I asked her why in my car? She again repeated her request to wait in my car, by now her reply was in a different tone of voice. I said to her that this was the first time that I ever heard such request. So I asked her if she have that on writing or posted some were. At that moment she became very upset and started yelling to me the following "Okay sir sit down anywhere you want". I told her that she was very disrespectful and that I need it to speak to her supervisor which by the way she was not there. Eventually one of the head nurses came to me and I explained the situation. She responded that thereasons the ask you to wait in the car was because of COVID. I replied by saying that the receptionist never said or mentioned when I asked why. I told them that they need it to have that type of request posted somewhere in the lobby area for people to see it and avoid this type of issues. Do not always to people to comply with such request. Bottom line receptionists need to be properly train on their job description and most of all on the "DO & DON'T of her position. Clearly this person was out of line. Almost 3 hours later my daughter was evaluated and prescriptions were given. Before I left I again requested to have the office manager to contact me. UPDATE: Today I was contacted by Mrs. Megan and again I explained what transcribed that day. She expressed her apologies and said that this particular receptionist was a filler on that day. I explained to Mrs. Megan that this type of employees are not good for their business don't matter how good the doctors and nurses are at that location, they will damage the business and their reputation. I hope that Mrs. Meagan can make the time to insure that their present or temporary receptionists are train and have a clear understanding of their boundaries and the "Do & Don't involve in their capacities to avoid loss of business and fewer complaints. Overall on the medical part they did the job that was expected. Thank you for that. Also thank you Mrs Megan for contacting me and for listening. Your job is not easy, but when you in charge "you are in charge", everything that goes wrong on the staff or office operations, it will reflect on you.
