Dr. Sporrer did a deep tissue massage on my back and sides and then Kayee, the physical therapist showed me a few simple exercises that I could do each day for about 5 minutes. The next day, I felt quite a bit better and everyday after my progress continued. In less than 2 weeks I felt great. I had never seen a chiropractor before, but wanted to find a solution for my back pain that did not involve cortisone shots or medication. This solution worked for me!
