I came back when I was unable to inject it. They were rude and said that they told me that it was frozen. They did not. They said that they tell everyone that it's frozen. I have never known it to be frozen. They even said it came out of the refrigerator. I know that they're supposed to be cold and kept in the refrigerator. There was no reason for them to be as rude as they were to me and one girl waved her hand and told me to go on. I only went back into question why the shot was not injecting and told them that I thought it was frozen. There was absolutely no reason to lie to me and be so rude to me.

I was able to be seen as a walk-in, no appointment necessary. Check-in and registration was quick and wait time short. I received a digital x-ray of my ankle that was reviewed and explained to me by trained Orthopedic Staff. A treatment plan was developed to include a sport ankle brace and physical therapy with Ibuprofen as needed. I wore the brace home and already feeling better. The Orthopedic staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They provide immediate attention to fractures, sprains, and athletic sports, work related, and orthopedic injuries. With four locations, no need to go to the E.R for acute injuries and later receive $1000 bill or suffer in pain. They have everything needed to determine a diagnosis to begin immediate treatment. Initial problem was huge out of network bills close to $700 for 2 hours of physical therapy. I got another bill for over $200+ just 2 days before Christmas. This week another bill $19.94. I had been assured the therapist was in network with Bluecross. It appears results physiotherapy/ Benchmark in Goodlettsville thought therapist Gracie was in network and assured me Bill would be corrected. Turns out per BCBS this person was not in their network. So 1 physical therapist who treated was in network and the 2nd was not. I filed a complaint via BCBS and was told it is resolved. Clearly I have no trust in this company or how they do business so now I will need to file a new complaint via my insurance company. Guess they do understand the no surprise billing act or how to treat customers. Turns out Benchmark is owned by a private equity company. I now Recommend avoiding any company owned by a private equity group or hedge fund.

I am now considered a new patient since I haven't seen her in 3 years. I didn't think it was a big deal at first, that maybe, they just needed some updated information, but then they told me that she is also not accepting new patients. It was such a shock and I was not even allowed to leave her a message, just told to pick another provider. Such a disappointment to lose all those years of building a relationship with my provider and getting no notice. This was not the first time that the office staff has been so dismissive and unprofessional.
