I was seeing a functional medicine doctor at MCHC who promptly left the practice mid-treatment. I…read morehad to take out a hefty health care loan to pay for the treatment. The first Dr. was wonderful and totally got it. She helped me move toward stability. I was bereft when she left and wasn't formally notified. I got two scheduled calls from Dr. Courtney Mosley after my initial Dr. left, technically the first had to be rescheduled because she hung up before I got to the phone, and although I called right back, I got voicemail. Their phones were down. On the first official call, we caught up on where I was at to date, because she was not prepared for the call, and the "treatment" I was told to do was to envision a goal. On the second call, Dr. Mosley was again not prepared, as their computers were down, she gave me zero feedback on the meal plan I spent time creating at her request, and the "treatment" was to forgive someone. I paid thousands and thousands of dollars for someone, who as CEO, couldn't pick up my dropped ball and run with it. She was the 9th doctor I consulted for my extreme symptoms and was abandoned to manage my own care. I unofficially have a diagnosis for something they don't want to touch with a 10 foot pole, which would not prevent them from treating me from the other symptoms and for my general health. The office stopped returning my texts, and I called last week and left a voicemail asking for follow up/closure, and no one has returned my call. I would very seriously reconsider using this practice for integrative health medicine. Dr. Mosely talked such a good game in the initial video I watched too, so this was super, super disappointing to be abandoned, and I am out thousands of dollars and managing my own symptoms with ChatGPT and my primary.

During rehab, it was apparent that I had labrum issues within my shoulder. The MRI showed damage to it as well as rotator cuff tears. Surgery was needed and I'm glad I did. About 1/4 of my rotator cuff was raised off the bone. Dr Dube did an excellent job of using anchors to help tie it back down. The labrum was found intact but with shredded pieces about. He merely cleaned that up. My 6 week rehab turned into 6 months due to the rotator cuff. Rehab is not comfortable but a necessary evil. Insurance limited me on my visits, but after 8 months I began weight training on my own and that cleared up any remaining rehab issues. Almost 1 year out now and I have no limitations. Thanks, Dr Dube!

I went in with a pain in the right side of my neck and have now been dealing with back pain and knee pain and pain on my left side. Here is my email to Dr Jason Jared (which he never responded to even after I followed up) Dear Dr Jason, I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my chiropractic membership, effective immediately, before the scheduled contract end date. This request follows my recent phone conversations with your management team and two of your doctors. As I expressed during those calls, I am seeking an amicable separation of services due to injuries and increased pain I have incurred while under your care. It has become clear that the "one-size-fits-all" approach utilized at your facility is not suited for my individual needs. Despite noting my recent knee surgeries on my intake forms and mentioning it verbally, my affected knee was forcibly stretched on more than one occasion. Furthermore, the force used during back adjustments without prior loosening of the area has resulted in new pain that I did not have when I began these sessions. I also originally sought treatment for right-sided neck pain, which has now transitioned into pain on the left side as well. I will not be returning for further treatment. If this request for an early cancellation is accepted, I am content to move forward and view this as a personal lesson learned. However, if I am forced to remain bound by the financial obligations of this contract despite these physical setbacks, I will feel it necessary to share my honest experience and the details of the care I received. I look forward to your confirmation that my membership has been canceled and that no further charges will be applied to my account. Sincerely, He never responded and they charged me again despite not using 2 remaining visits I had on the second month and now I won't be using any this month as well. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I lived in Knoxville for four years and tried going to a different chiropractor while I was there, and it honestly just made me realize how good I had it at Stewart Chiropractic. I've been to several chiropractors over the years, and they are hands down the best I've ever been to. What I love most is that they actually take the time to figure out what is going on with you. They have machines and technology that actually show you what's wrong and help you understand what is happening with your body instead of just taking a basic X-ray, adjusting you, and sending you on your way. They explain everything and actually make you feel like they care about helping you and truly, every single person there is amazing. They are SO kind and caring, they remember you, they get to know you, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who come in. I've never felt like I was just another patient to them. They also have discount programs that make care more affordable, which is another thing I really appreciate. After going here for years and trying several other chiropractors, I can confidently say there is a reason I always come back. I trust them, I feel comfortable there, and I always feel taken care of. If you're looking for a chiropractor, GO HERE. I recommend them to everyone. They really are the best!!

Hello, I visited the office a couple weeks ago now. Stewart Chiropractic has a lot of great reviews…read moreand long term clients, but I find it interesting that if you change your settings to read the negative reviews how similiar they truly are and how I also feel about my experience. I think Dr. Sam is super nice and the staff seemed very nice, but honestly I think it's intentional to scam you. As well as using their Christian values to make you trust them. It was very gimmicky and I realized Dr. Sam used scare tactics on me. I think it's treated as care, but it's really a guide to taken advantage of people. Most reviews that I've read mention this "12 month program".. which is what I was also HIGHLY pressured into doing. 54 visits. 12 months. Over $2K. I'm afraid that there is some malpractice going on there and I hope that those people who receive this long term package deals don't end up having issues in the future from being overworked. I highly recommend trusting your gut. It is a MAJOR red flag for a chiropractor to immediately assume how many adjustments you'll need and press as hard as they can to get you to sign off on it immediately. Two more notes: I do not have insurance, but when I called and asked for the cost and what all I'd receive in my first visit it was $185, including the adjustment. Came back a few days later to review my results and there is no included adjustment even though I was told multiple times there would be. I lost a decent chunk of money for NOTHING and unfortunately now I have to wait until I have the extra money again to go see someone new and actually get an adjustment. Very scammy. Last but not least, VERY IMPORTANT, I called and spoke with Dr. Stewart and let him know that I wanted to pick up my medical records so I can take them to other doctors to get their opinion- I spoke very clearly multiple times letting him know that I wanted my full release of medical records after he was giving me pushback. I went to pick them up and was given a cd/dvd (?) that ONLY had my X-rays on it. Refusal to release my information which I suppose isn't surprising considering when I spoke with him about this he said he hadn't written down anything on my file, days later, which by the way is legal. You have to do this within 24 hour period. I trusted he would take the time to do so. How are you going to try to sell me on a $2K plus plan and not even have written notes to explain these fairly serious issues you're speaking of?!? It is MY BODY and I have every right to have the information he shared with me on hand. I recommend people with these types of experiences to file to the board. Stewart chiropractic center do NOT comment on this trying to gaslight me like you do everyone else. This is the truth of my experience. I've been advised to file a report.

It sits off of the main road near the large Seven Springs complex. It's at the base of an unassuming office building. I had a 2pm appointment, checked in, waited a few minutes then made my way back to the room. Procedure/shot took place, and I left. All within about 45 minutes. The major difference with this location and the East Nashville is service and bedside demeanor. The associate at the counter was disengaged, and the nurses were flat. Was an odd vibe. Overall, the procedure went fine and I am finally feeling better, so I'll give them that. For my physical therapy and follow ups, I'll keep to my East Nashville location.
