During rehab, it was apparent that I had labrum issues within my shoulder. The MRI showed damage to it as well as rotator cuff tears. Surgery was needed and I'm glad I did. About 1/4 of my rotator cuff was raised off the bone. Dr Dube did an excellent job of using anchors to help tie it back down. The labrum was found intact but with shredded pieces about. He merely cleaned that up. My 6 week rehab turned into 6 months due to the rotator cuff. Rehab is not comfortable but a necessary evil. Insurance limited me on my visits, but after 8 months I began weight training on my own and that cleared up any remaining rehab issues. Almost 1 year out now and I have no limitations. I've tried them in a couple of locations for the same reasons when traveling and had a similar experience. Then, their business model is getting you to sign up for plans, etc but my clinical experience with them just didn't get results. Once I got back to my usual guy he was able to fix it immediately. I prefer her style because she gets me well each time and doesn't ever waste my time. Outside of basic colds my daughter and I have used her for vaccinations, blood work, blood pressure management, removal of a tiny sty (that another doctors wanted to require general anesthetic for on my girl!), and successful treatment of a staph infection. Walking in, I was immediately met with a barrage of paperwork focused on billing--making sure charges are clear to them, not to you. Not exactly the warmest introduction for someone seeking mental health support. The next interaction was just as impersonal. After giving my name, I was directed to step on a scale and provide measurements--no introduction, no explanation, no basic courtesy. It felt more like processing inventory than welcoming a person. Then came the actual "care" session. The provider launched into a rapid-fire explanation of all the ways the clinic can bill you, delivered with the energy of a fast-talking sitcom character. She shared that she knew I had already been given all of those details though just wanted to recap again. Then, she told me why she thought I was there which was not accurate. I asked her to slow down and please take the time to have dialogue instead of talking at me. She never asked meaningful questions or or make a genuine attempt to understand why I was there, which made any real conversation about mental health impossible. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, disinterested, and transactional from start to finish. The caregiver, in particular, seemed better suited to a role with minimal human interaction - perhaps guarding an empty museum wing, because meaningful engagement was clearly not part of the approach. I am genuinely appalled and disturbed this clinic presents itself as having any aptitude in mental health care. None of them demonstrated an ounce of intellectual curiosity or communication skills which should be critical in caregiving roles.

He…read morebotched my first surgery under workers comp after my surgery with him i only had 18 percent range of motion and could only lift two lbs. After seven months of rehab I still had 18 percent range of motion and could only lift two lbs. I had the entire surgery revised and corrected now six weeks later range of motion is 52 percent and can lift three lbs. I am on my way to a full recovery unlike what Chad Price tried to tell me and my wife that there was nothing wrong with my shoulder just needed more therapy. He had an arthrogram and mri on hand telling him I had a torn rotator cuff, labrum was sagging off the bone. Dr Chad Price even put the wrong size anchor in my bicep. Chad Price LIES BEWARE. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HIM.
