Everything I've been reading from other posts are the same as I have experienced. Staring at comp. screen, not acknowledging you, etc. This is a minor thing compared to what I have an issue with. I had 2 appts scheduled for Mon (12/8/25) with prob estimated an hour between the two. I got there a half hour before my appt bc they needed "prep time" for me before the MRI. My second appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Glattes to discuss the MRI. Come to find out they kicked me off the schedule for the MRI because they didn't get pre-certification from BCBS. So they asked me if I could wait until 8 o'clock for the person to come into work to do the pre-CERT. I said yes, as long as we could get it done before my appointment with Dr. Glattes because that's the whole reason I'm here. They said there should be plenty of time. The person they were speaking of, gets there supposedly at 8 AM, and at 8:30 I went up to check on status and they checked computer bc they sent a message to the back and that person had not received anything back from BCBS and "they are gonna keep trying, but it was a Monday, and they don't cooperate as well on Monday," he said. It all ended with me leaving because they couldn't get the pre-certification and get the MRI done that day so that I could talk with Dr. Glattes. Not only did I take off work and have these appts appointment two months in advance, but I also missed out on regular pay plus overtime (I don't have PTO and I drove from North Dickson) Then they call me back today (2 days later, Wed 12/10) and first thing she asks is for me to verify with my birthday and I ask what this is regarding and she says "pre-certification for the MRI" OMG they still haven't done the pre-CERT!!?? Why didn't this take place weeks before I even got to my appointment? My deductible is paid up for the year and I'm not gonna be able to get back in before the first. I don't know if I will come back even though Dr. Glattes is fabulous. (Prior surgery) I can find a better operating office, that doesn't waste my time. Maybe they are too big and don't have enough staff not sure, and not my department! 2 stars because Dr Glattes is great.

I had one hip done in 2024 and am getting the other done in a few months. I've had nothing but a great experience and would not trust anyone else to provide care & do the surgery. These guys are top notch. My fiance had meniscus surgery with Dr. Moore the year prior and also had a great experience. It tells me a lot when my doctor is active and in shape themselves. They are easy going, personable, and ease your concerns. I've gotten a cortisone shot 3 times in the hip by Corban and he eases my worries and does a great job when I'm worried about the needle lol. Elite is elite care! If only I could say the same about my Aetna insurance.

They were very accommodating in terms of allowing me to go one time, show me all the exercises to do at home, because my insurance deductable is so high that I could not afford in person visits. The actual physical therapist was fine, though her assistant came to my side with her mask below her nose (this is a mandatory mask building or at least was at the time of my visit). When I asked her to please raise her mask over her nose she accommodated, however, I shouldn't have had to ask a professional in the first place, when the building mandates masks. In addition, my experience with this company over the years has been that it feels like a factory. They show the exercise and walk away. They gave me one small band for home exercise and sent the exercise instructions to an old email address. I'd given them the updated one on my intake form. When I called (a second time) to request an additional band and an email to the correct address, the receptionist didn't answer the phone with the company name, just "hello". and seemed very put out with my request. I would not recommend this organization.

I was in and out in less time than I was in the first waiting room at TOA, with a diagnosis (rotator cuff tendinitis) and plan of attack in the form of physical therapy. If you have any sort of sports related injury, please go here first. Dr. Fitch is my doc there and he is fantastic.

I took off work and found out he was out of office for 3 weeks and had a PA scheduled. I told front office desk, who had as much attitude and arrogance as Dr. Anderson, that the scheduler to me I had an appt with him because I had questions on my MRI. She said "oh, he does that... he sometimes reassigns patients to his PA" So they "lie" or misrepresent that you will see a doctor. Not surprising, there was no office manager to meet with, so I left and scheduled with Dr. Pagnani who has wonderful reviews. Patient beware!!

I was referred to Steve…read moreKravitz through a co-worker who also coincidentally was also a patient of my acupuncturist. I'd been seeing my acupuncturist for over 10 years and trust him implicitly (he's a very cool guy). He confirmed that he knew Steve Kravitz and thought he was very good. A few months later I threw my back out trying to move my television in a fit of furniture re-arranging and went to Steve. He literally made the pain disappear. I then began to see him for other things like the chronic muscle spasms I get in my neck/shoulder/back due to computer mouse use. I've had this condition also for about 17 years and seeing Steve drastically reduced and practically eliminated the situation. For a little while I was bouncing back and forth between Steve and my acupuncturist because the two seemed to complement each other. My acupuncturist noticed this and now he has been regularly sending his patients to Steve as well! I highly recommend Steve. He's extremely knowledgeable and has a wide repertoire that ranges from physical therapy to massage to craniosacral therapy and uses different techniques based on the condition. Additionally, Steve is also one of the most genuinely nice guys you'll ever meet. I've been a patient of his for six or seven years now and I've been recommending him to friends. I'll continue to see him as long as he practices!

I can't agree more with the other reviews. I wish more physicians would recommend and prescribe the…read moretypes of physical therapy Dr. Kravitz does for quicker recovery times from almost anything! Overall, I think the general public is uninformed about craniosacral therapy and myofascial release and other types of work with fascia available. As a firm believer in scientific processes, and evidence based results, I came to treatment a bit doubtful of what he could do for me. After trying to find ways to stay fit and competitive in sports over the years. Steve has become a vital part of my fitness and overall wellness program. I find that it's crucial to have him be able to augment traditional medical procedures such as: rotator cuff surgery, with lymphatic drainage therapy (reduced swelling dramatically,) to treat pulled or sprained muscles (much faster recovery time), and trauma (bruises gone, mobility returned). When Plantar Fasciitis started in my foot, the orthopedist recommended drugs and surgery. After three sessions with Steve (no drugs required) I haven't felt a twinge. He also can provide more subtle analysis of minor conditions, like-- when I can't pinpoint something specific, but I know things "just aren't right." His fierce knowledge of anatomy is quite remarkable. But more amazing is how relaxing the sessions are. I often come out of treatment thinking -- how can this possibly do anything? He barely moves! Over the next day or two your body adjusts, and things happen. Steve is extremely thoughtful and sensitive, he treated my son (6 yrs. old) for a condition that turned out to be caused by something quite unexpected, and his genuine concern for getting to the root of the problem was crucial. While everyone's body reacts differently, there is no mysticism here. Just the best application of appropriate treatments.
