Dr. Fogolin did a surgical procedure to remove the infection, and since that time I have not been able to walk without extreme pain and it has now been about 9 months. After Humana paid them thousands and thousands of dollars, they told me find a pain doctor, I owe them a $30.00 X-ray or co-pay fee, so they abandoned me as a patient over the $30.00. I really have no idea what damage Dr. Robert Fogolin did, as doctors cover for each other. I used to run 3-5 miles every other day, I used to be a 4.0 tennis player, now I have to get around with a walker or a cain, depending on the pain level that day. A very straight forward operation to clean out an infection has destroyed my life. The staff told me, don't complain about the $30.00 to Dr. Fogolin, he has nothing to do with billing, he is nothing more than an employee, thanks Hughston Clinic! Hughston Clinic Orthopaedics is no family owned medical facility, they are like any huge corporate business, there is little to no doctor/patient relationship, the doctors are paid and under contract, mine said he has four years left on his contract with Hughston and he is gone, meanwhile it's been about 9 months since my surgery and my pain is on a scale of 7-8 every day of my life, and my life has been destroyed by this firm, I hope my review is helpful, I am trying to find legal assistance dealing with this company and this doctor.

This office is located in the TriStar Summit Hospital/Medical building in Hermitage. While the building is large, the best way to get to this office is park near the area of the building where the valet is and enter through there, take the immediate elevators up to the 2nd floor and boom...right there! I learned my lesson on my first visit and while I got my steps in...it was not ideal given I was there for a foot related issue. Front Desk staff is always welcoming and helpful, as are the nurses and NP's. Lobby is clean and in good condition, as are the patient rooms. Dr. King is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my visits. He can be a bit delayed on his rounds, so I recommend clearing a bit more of your schedule than you think you need to. Overall, I enjoy Dr. King and this AOS location.
