I came down from Las Vegas to visit my grandma. I'm about to drive down here to get my nails done by Kenny monthly! These are amazing. He even fixed the structure of my old set and fixed all the things that thought needed to be fixed! Without me asking! And Adrianna?! Fantastic personality and she treats my grandma so well! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I am extremely happy! I will be back! read more

Great location for a Mani Pedi. Really nice place and great people looking forward to my next visit.

I found this place to very dirty. They were kind and helpful but the salon needs a deep cleaning.

Service was fast and the quality of the nails is great they stay on longer than any other salon I'd always recommend Star nails and Sandy specifically. 10/10 read more

I've been there twice. The first time was a great experience. The guy did my toenails and he did an amazing job and charged me $80 which I was fine with because of how good he did I came back again because I was so happy with the first time I didn't get the same person and it was a total shit show Adriana was very rude. She told me I couldn't do acrylics on my toes and then I asked her to again she gave me attitude and did it anyway and did a horrible job not all of the nails are the same shape or length they're not even like I asked her for the acrylic made me bleed while I was trying to talk to her. She extremely rude and said "I'm just trying to focus OK" let alone the acrylic is so thick applied on my toe. My pinky one already came off three days later and charged me $80 plus a tip. horrible experience if I go there again I'm requesting the guy if not refuse to go there. read more

Regardless of the quality of service this business took $100 cash for a gift certificate and then proceded to put and 8 week experation on it. The friend I gave it to used the certificate at the 4 week mark and was unable to do so for another 6 weeks. The balance was sixty dollars unused. The owner refused to honor any remaining balance and made no effort for a compromise. So in my view took money and did not deliver the service. She kept $60 for doing nothing......just shameful. Since the service was $40 dollars my friend and I advised her that she just lost $80 for the next visit and hundreds if not thousands for future services we would have had done. read more

Great nail salon- very quiet, clean and relaxing. While all of their work is great- Kenny is my favorite, he does a great job and his gel mani/pedi last forever and always looks new. Making an appointment is easy and pricing is very fair. 10/10 would recommend! read more

My adult daughter and I went in to Star Nails for pedicures. My daughter had a man do her pedicure, he was polite, kind and very good. he gave her a very nice long massage and the pedicure was excellent. The woman named Adrianna that did my pedicure was one of the most rude, abrasive, and unkind people I've come a crossed for any kind of service work. She didn't even give me a massage and she yelled at me for asking to cut the nail shorter. I will never go back to Star Nails again. read more

I could just walk in and that was good. My mail girls did a nice job, problem they polish was so old and they keep diluting it with acetone, it took hrs to dry. Ridiculous. I had to put on sock an hour and a half after pedicure now my nail polish has dock imprints all over them. Terrible for $40. 7 more for tip. read more

Are you looking for a great mani-pedi without all the fluff? A friendly staff who takes their time with you and reasonable price? This is your place then! My sister and I happened across Star Nails on a recent visit and happy we did. We were both laughing and enjoying our conversation with our nail techs for the nearly two hours we were there. I don't know if I've ever had such an amazing hand and foot massage (and I've had a lot). Their massage chairs all look new and the place is sparkly clean. Give them a try if you haven't. But don't expect a fancy place. This isn't it. Down home goodness. read more

Their atmosphere is fun and they always do a great job of keeping my nails groomed. Prices are reasonable as well.

Originally from CA and a family friend recommended my mom and I give Star Nails a try for a Mother's Day treat. Here I sit, happiest I've been with a fresh pedicure in a very long time. Highly recommend Sandy and Kenny! Not only great work but also great conversation and sense of humors! What a breath of fresh air! Go give them a try! ‍ read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It was the worst experience that I have ever had getting a pedicure. The pedicure was so basic for a price tag of $40! No massage, no scrub, no mask but the worst part was Adrienne who did the pedicure. She acts like she is mad at the world. She has no business working in customer service. If you look at other reviews, others have commented about her behavior. I have never seen a stranger be so mean and hostile. Very unfriendly and downright rude treatment. Not only her responses verbally but also her harsh and rough movements of my feet and legs like she hated her job and hated people. She never looked at me or spoke to me and I tried to make friendly conversation and every response was downright rude. I could not wait for it to be over and to get out of there - never to return again. I don't believe that they sterilize the equipment as the emery board was white with skin. She tried to say it was cotton - obviously she thinks that I am stupid. When I said I don't want to get fungus, she stated that you only get fungus if something is wrong in your body which is not true at all. The place was dirty and customer service was horrible. If I get fungus from this place, I am going to call the health department which I should do anyway. read more

Sandy does a fantastic job on my nails. I have had my nails done since I was 16, and I have always been a loyal customer. I just recently moved to Mesquite from CA, and had to say goodbye to all my nail, foot, hair, eyebrow, massage, and Botox people who had all become my friends over the years. Yes, I am high maintenance but that is what retirement is all about. So I was really picky in finding someone who knew what I wanted and was able to "gel" with. Excuse my pun. Sandy is great. She saw that my nails were thin, so instead of just giving me a gel set, she added some acrylic to my nails to make them stronger and last longer. I come every three weeks, and I still have polish on and my nails intact. My nails got so long because they never broke. I have to have her file them down now when I come in. I definitely recommend her! read more

The work is good, but he gives me a random price every time I go in. One day a fill was 35$ the next time it was 45$ the next it was 30$. Same service each time. read more

I was in this small town called Mesquite over weekend for business; and coming from major Metropolitan cities such as Vegas, LA, and the Bay Area - I had no idea what to expect. I found this place last minute as I was passing through Mesquite Blvd. Found their number on Yelp to schedule an appointment and Kenny said they could take me right away, which was perfect! Because where I'm from, scoring a walk-in last minute is unheard of!! And I badly needed to do something about my neglected hands and toes. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted by Kenny and was informed to choose color, despite all their Pedicure Massage Chairs being taken except for the last one at the end. They were happy to accept me as I urgently requested a Gel Mani/ Pedi combo pronto! Kenny got my spa pedicure water ready for me at a moments notice. Sandy was the tech that did my pedicure & manicure. I'm extremely particular about how I like my nails shaped and sculpted (baby almonds) but surprisingly, Sandy pulled it off like a champ! I opted for a french ombré gel full set mani , and I could not have been happier with Sandy's work! She is so meticulous, clean, thorough, and a very good listener who takes great pride in her work. I'm thrilled to have found this little gem of a nail salon on a whim and such short notice! Sandy is now my go-to whenever I am in town! Thank you for being so amazing Sandy! I had a great time read more

I alway appreciate their willingness to work with me. Today I didn't have time to do a complete fill so they filled my light pink and added a black line (fun for halloween) so my grow out would not show. If you need a great foot massage have the gentleman do your pedicure. I asked about coming back just for a foot massage - he said absolutely. read more

I called for an appointment for a pedicure, and when I arrived they had the water ready, I just had to pick a color. I loved that!! Kenny did a great job with the most amazing foot massage. I will definitely be going back. read more

This is the best place in mesquite to get mani/pedi. Been going here for years and they always make my nails look perfect! The staff is welcoming and the environment is clean and inviting. They make conversation with you and even care about what your saying. If you have a complicated request for a specific design on your nails they do it amazingly well and fast. The price is well worth the quality service you can get here. Ill go to this place forever. :) read more

They did an ok job. It was just very rushed. Not relaxing at all. Mani pedi took 45 minutes total.

It is a nice & clean shop. Sandy is excellent. She is very particular about the nails which I like. I have to say, this is one of the best nail salons I have been to. I will be going back read more

First time to Mesquite, NV and found a hidden gem in Star Nails. Kenny and Amy took care of 3 of us as walkins and they are awesome. We have been to many places while traveling and I have to say this was the best mani/pedi we have ever had. I have never had a better leg and hand message while having my mani/Pedi done. Great selection of polish. Will definitely be back next time am in Mesquite at the Casablanca. Thank you Star Nails. read more

Andy is the best!! He is a great listener and did my nails and toes just the way I wanted. He picked the color after telling him what I wanted and it was perfect. Very friendly. I would go back again when I am in Mesquite and need my nails done thanks Andy for the great service. read more

I stopped here on my way home from Lake Powell. It was around 6pm on a Saturday night and four of us were in need of some TLC. We drove all around town and Star Nails was the only nail salon open!
