To my surprise, 30% of my lashes had fallen out in the following two days, and by day nine I had lost 70%! I called the studio and explained my concern hoping that they would assume some responsibility and offer a complimentary half-price refill or something else. However, I was astonished when they told me that I would probably pay $85 since I lost lots of lashes. Really? First, I didn't have a good impression of the place when I arrived. I had to fill out a disclaimer without a clipboard (because they didn't have one). It didn't look clean as you expect of a beauty salon. I had to ask for relaxing music in the background and to turn on the air conditioning. That was a waste of money! I should have had a full refund! Getting my lashes was a gift from my husband for my birthday which vanished on day 11th. I canceled my refill appointment, and I will never go back to this place. I didn't want to write this, but every time I remember I could've used that money for something else or donated the money to a good cause, it makes me upset.
