I had to fill out a disclaimer without a clipboard (because they didn't have one). It didn't look clean as you expect of a beauty salon. I had to ask for relaxing music in the background and to turn on the air conditioning. That was a waste of money! I should have had a full refund! Getting my lashes was a gift from my husband for my birthday which vanished on day 11th. I canceled my refill appointment, and I will never go back to this place.
