The wax was not as painful as others I've had and she keeps you talking and occupied making it even less painful. Additionally, she was very very thorough and obviously takes a lot of pride in running her business well!

I didn't have a lot of expectations for Baytown, but this was quite disturbing. I looked past her lack of customer service from the initial interaction, but to see that I am in extreme pain and still continue to wax me in extremely large patches and show zero empathy or care is inhumane. I had to give up after the fourth strip and end the session because it seemed as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. This was unacceptable, even for Baytown and further proof why you can't use any business in the area.

Went here yesterday to get a full set and.... Holy YIKES!!…read more I guess I'm just going to continue doing my own acrylics because I had to reshape the ends of every single nail as soon as I got back to my truck. A few nails were seriously curved like lima beans. All were different lengths as well, not even an attempt to keep them uniform. Every nail is also very underfilled... they all have a veeery noticeable "swoop" in the middle of the nail and the ends actually curve upwards a little. Almost like someone pressed their finger down on them while they were wet. The gel has bubbled and is peeling already as well. They just honestly look terrible, I'm pretty upset. For $55 I was expecting at least a little better. Even if the polish wasn't great, I at least expect the acrylics to be shaped well. She also cut my finger with the file pretty deep and oh my lord does it hurt. I definitely will never be returning here Super upset. I honestly have no clue how there's so many good reviews on this place.

I don't care if the other lady near me had to rush the nail tech to make her attention all to herself. it's not okay. Everyone was left well attended with care and great costumer service while i was left like I wasn't important. I am as equally important as the lady that was near me trying to get her nails done and with better care than me. Not okay. To the lady near me, I was being so careful and kind to your liking, allowing you to be close to me as we knew each other. Please stop acting like that to get something out of people. not okay.

Kim and Lucy did my nails and pedicure. Honey listen! This is the BEST pedicure I've had in a VERY long time. I wasn't in a rush so I'm glad she took time to do it right. I asked her to file one again and she politely did it. I appreciated that. Lucy is the nail QUEEN!!! I gave my request and was pleasantly surprised at how well she CLEANED and filled them. Times are hard with inflation, so things like mani and pedi trips to the salon is a sacrifice for some. I'm so glad this salon appreciates customers. Everyone who came in was greeted and serviced. I'm not in this area often, but I certainly plan to return!!!

They have a bunch of specials written on the windows for weightloss and laser hair removal, so I called and asked for more info. They scheduled me a free consultation after work (which was awesome bc most of these types of places are closed by the time I get off) and Wendy was super sweet and able to answer all of my questions. She got me set up on a series of b12/ lipo shots which are supposed to help lose weight and have more energy. She also told me that since I'm blonde, the hair on my arms might be too light to treat with laser, but the darker hair on my underarms, legs, and bikini would work. I'm bummed about the arms, but I appreciate her honesty... I've had other places tell me they could treat blonde hair, but she explained why that isn't possible, and I'm glad I got a second opinion before dropping a ton of money. Their prices are a lot lower than I've seen elsewhere too, so as soon as I can save up I'll be on that asap!!!!1 Overall, it's been a little over a week and I feel super energized! Hopefully when I go back for my weigh-in, I'll have lost a few pounds too :)
