We went driving around to see what shops we found. Im really big on vibes and so when i spoke to a few mechanics I didn't feel comfortable with them. I wanted a place that wasnt overly expensive but that did a great job. After stopping at a few shops we saw this one and stopped. My first impression was 50's vibe lol Its like a small historic museum with a lot of retro items. The person I spoke to came across as a "no bs" type of guy. I heard him talking to the person in front of me and although I was a bit intimidated I felt that he would be honest and felt a good vibe. He was very professional. The communication was excellent. Service was quick. And they explained what needed to be done in a way I understood. The receipt they give is very detailed which I loved. I have since got a new car but if i ever need a mechanic, i would come here!

I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing.
