What made the situation even worse was management's lack of accountability and failure to provide any meaningful resolution afterward. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, we received dismissive responses that completely ignored the inconvenience, cost, and frustration caused by their actions. As paying guests, we expected basic respect for our belongings and far better customer service. The way this situation was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and concern for guests. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and would caution others before booking.

Front desk clerk was outside having a smoke so had to wait a bit for him. Parking lot was completely full with not enough handicap parking. Rooms appear nice but the mattresses were on top of a ghetto metal holder and the mattress didn't fit (it was too small); causing the mattress to slide all around when you moved. Because of this metal holder, I hit my shin and legs on it every time I got up or walked around the bed. Air unit in room was extremely loud! Sounded like an airplane was in our room. Doors slam pretty loud with zero effort so we heard doors all night.

Thirty bucks a night. The next one up was at least fifty. If push comes to shove, impose on the relatives. Heck, I slept on the floor in SeaTac. How bad could it be? Well, the connecting flight was delayed (weather related with 6+ hours hanging in DIA) and I didn't get to PHL until 3AM. Wound up in room 110 in November -- Friday the 13th. Good: Heater worked. Blankets were fine. Parked right in front of the room. Didn't have to wait long to sign in and crash. It was quiet. There's a full sized LCD TV. Bad: No coffee in the morning in the room. Yes, $30 a night and the worst thing was there was no coffee in the room. Okay, NJ water sucks but what do you expect - buy bottled. For the price (Grand Cypress in FLA, Montbleu in Tahoe, Extended Stays and cheap motels) this is definately *WELL* worth the money. Seriously. $30 a night. It's quiet you don't get bothered, the beds are comfy and the TV works. But no coffee. Room 110: Non-smoking, not one of the jacuzzi rooms. Two rooms away from the office.

We were arriving very late in the evening (2:30 am) and the man that checked us in was very nice and helpful even at the late hour. They were very nice when we checked out as well. Room was very clean and looked exactly like the photos online. I loved that the floors were hard and not carpets. Room felt very comfortable, and had a mini fridge which was very convenient. This was perfect for our one night stop, and was much more affordable then the hotels closer to the shore. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much!
