We made a request for a room refresh on 2 separate days, and NOTHING. I also made the reservation with a note for a featherless pillow, which did not happen. Then, I requested a featherless pillow onsite with the front desk, and NOTHING. I had to take the sheet off the bed and wrap the pillow with it to avoid waking up with a headache. We have family that lives close by, but I will now travel farther to avoid this hotel.

Rooms appear nice but the mattresses were on top of a ghetto metal holder and the mattress didn't fit (it was too small); causing the mattress to slide all around when you moved. Because of this metal holder, I hit my shin and legs on it every time I got up or walked around the bed. Air unit in room was extremely loud! Sounded like an airplane was in our room. Doors slam pretty loud with zero effort so we heard doors all night.

I'm only giving an extra star because the front desk has been very helpful and lovely, but that's as far as it goes. I was able to check in at 3AM on a Sunday night due to my flight at PHL being cancelled because of Tropical Storm Debby. Heather at the front desk was very kind and understanding, and she even comped me 2 water bottles for free! She was a very sweet woman, and I needed that after a stressful night. As for the room, upon entry the room appeared to be fine but when you look at the finer details it was pretty gross. There was still hair in the shower, possible ash on the bottom of the toilet, blood on the blankets, dirty stove top...ugh. I didn't want to bother changing rooms since I had such a long and stressful day at the airport. Continental breakfast is pretty standard and nothing to complain about there. There's also lots of shopping nearby which I didn't get to check out, but I did go to a Target that was about a 5 minute drive. Very convienent location. One thing to note was that under my WiFi settings, there's a network called "Hidden Cam 4". I'm sure it's someone messing around, but I found a Google review mentioning it about 2 weeks ago and found that to be a bit alarming since it's been a while. I did bring it up to the front desk who took note of it, but it's possibly someone staying long term and messing around. Better safe than sorry?

Almost every room had an issue, despite our family planning in advance for our event. We were given a contract stating guests could check in at 3:00pm. Many rooms weren't ready at 3:00pm. The afternoon desk clerk said she was given an old contract and check in was actually at 4:00pm. By 4:00pm some people did not have rooms and we had a bus leaving for the event at 4:30pm. The delay caused a huge amount of stress as we rushed to the ceremony. Our rooms were also not in the same block/area of the hotel as promised. None of us were close to one another. 2 rooms were booked with a queen bed and a pull out couch to accommodate 4 guests. Upon check in, those rooms had 1 bed and no pull out couch. The hotel tried to make it right by giving 2 free rooms to fit additional guests. 1 of the comped rooms smelled like mildew/feet, had water damage on the ceiling, and old popcorn under the couch cushions. I also found dirt spots in the sheets. The 2nd comped room didn't have working central air, a few outlets that did not work, and a broken TV. My cousin's bridal suite was different from the original room she was shown. The new room she was given had water damage on the ceiling. This appeared up in her professional pictures while the bridal party was getting ready. One comped room had the same water stain and we were told it wasn't normally booked due to the damage. I don't understand why she paid full price for the same issue in her room. There were other guests staying here for a different wedding. My theory is that the original rooms were given away and we got what was left, although the rooms we booked didn't accommodate our number of guests.

I will say they look like they have been renovated but certainly no complaints from us. The beds were comfortable. We did not experience any people that were a concern. Some families, some workers but all polite, quiet and just doing what we were doing, getting some rest while traveling. The gal helping at the breakfast bar was super nice and we did enjoy our breakfast although it should say Continental Breakfast because they have no protein. No eggs, bacon or anything like that.
