We were picked up from Point Loma & taken to a restaurant in La Jolla to celebrate my 21st birthday & then dropped off at the Gaslamp. It was an 8 person max limo that came stocked with alcohol, definitely enough for 8 people to drink over the course of an hour or so. The drinks & glasses were set up nicely on the inside and the limo was clean inside & out! The driver was super nice. We actually ended up going over the 3hrs our package came with, poor guy had to wait for us for 3hrs! Oh & the guy that answers the phones to make reservations is probably one of the nicest guys on the planet! We'll definitely use J&N in the future!

If you want to go site seeing and not get out of the limo then this is your ride. I mapped out places to go for a birthday celebration I did not know I needed to tell him to let the kids out for some fun. I asked Fred to stop at 3 places. Well he stopped at 1. I wrote back and gave feedback about the experience, and I was told there was no time to stop. I wish he would of told me that before he left. He is the professional. The limo does get 5 stars for being clean. Make sure you make things clear...I thought I did by typing out the 3 stops.

Transit Cab said from Mission Valley it would be $15-18 to the airport, and there would be a 10% Yelp discount. This sounded good so we booked it. Everything went fine, the driver showed up early (it was a VERY early pickup) and was courteous. I was already thinking about the good review I was going to write. I noticed on the driver's window it said the charge was 20 cents for every 15th of a mile ($3/mile) which is very high. Then we got the airport and our fare was FORTY DOLLARS. FORTY DOLLARS for a one way trip from Mission Valley to the airport. I called to complain afterwards and the guy didn't care. He apologized meekly and said something like, "well, they quoted you a price but didn't know where in Mission Valley you were" Bullshit. If I had ANY idea it was going to be that much, I would have parked there instead of getting a ride. And we did tell them where we lived before they gave us the quote. Get a specific quote from these guys before riding with them. It's not so much that it was crazy expensive, but that their quote was SO far off. On the way home we took one of the regular cabs at the airport and it was $2.70/mi which is a bit cheaper. Lesson learned: I'm parking my damn car at the airport from now on.

Getting paid before your service is done? Good luck to you too and good luck with your future customers. This is in response to Michaels reply to my original review. All I want to say is... he's a LIAR! Do not trust this guy! Why did I have to ask for confirmation 6 times after I gave him my credit card numbers? Isn't that a normal practice for any service? Or for any business? Also, I never asked to pay the balance in increments. Matter of fact, I emailed him and asked if I can pay $100 as deposit if that will make him give me a confirmation. Wow! I'm done with you and hope u can sleep tonight for your lies!!! Ok I don't know where to begin. But as the mother of the bride. And with only two months away from Wedding day, I would like to make sure I have a confirmation at hand and we're not hanging and afraid that there will be no limo to show up coz I have no contract nothing. I have been in contact with this company for a month now and they have agreed on my asking price, $625 for 4 hours to be exact. Yes, it may not be a lot but I think that's still reasonable as the venue is just around the area. He agreed for the deposit, I gave my credit card info, but he would not charge it. And no confirmation to send to me. I've been asking for him to charge me already and send confirmation to make me feel secured we got it taken cared of. Then at the end, he told me to find another company to use because he can't send me what I need. Wow! I'm so glad I found another company right away, actually the original place I chose before this one. And they charged my card and sent me an email in minutes!. So good luck Elite Luxury! Hope u get other people's trust. Remember to treat your customers the way you want to be treated.

The driver was professional but friendly, very well mannered and impeccably dressed. The limo itself was spotlessly clean and a beautiful, new model car. November 7th, over two months after the service we continue deal with this horrible experience…read more While we were looking for transportation, we went with this company based on the reviews. This is why we decided to share our honest experience. Of house, I honestly wish this never happens to anyone else. The owner claims I was refunded for the services, this is a lie, as of today, we've only been reimbursed $126 out of $1027.84 that we got charged. When we booked the service on May 31st, the quote provided was $681.40 Our travel was for a work event in Valle de Guadalupe. We were 3 women traveling there for the first time. Sept 2nd: At 5am we were picked in chulavista by an old black sub with dents in the outset, worn out seats, the leather had some cuts. . The driver, Johnny, was very unprofessional and loud. We asked him several times for quiet time since it was 5am but he kept being loud and talked about violence and home abuse. The travel time to our destination was between 75min-90 min. It took 3hrs! Double the time because he took us to a different place and went through the same caseta/ paying port 3 times. He refused to follow our directions and continue to drive opposite of what our google maps i ndicated, he was reckless and almost lost control of the car a couple of times in the curves. He finally accepted to follow our directions and we made it to the destination at 8am. We were concerned and scared. Shorty after we arrived, I got a call from All Access apologizing for the bad driver and they said ( without us asking) that they were going to send us another driver and car. In all honesty, I though the company was going to offer a partial reimbursement for the terrible service and horrible experience AND because we were left without the service 6hrs,To my surprise, we got charged an additional $472.44. I called the company immediately and they said that the charge was because I was not charged enough. I told them that the agreed price was $681.40 and the owner said that it was only a deposit. I told him I had paid in full and sent a copy of the invoice. We were afraid to be left there without transport. The second driver arrived close to 2pm. We were left without a driver and car for 6hrs!!! Octavio was very profesional and apologetic for our first driver. He arrived in a clean Mercedes van. We asked us to take us back to chulavista. During our drive back he offered to stop at a taco shop, we initially said no but he insisted because he felt bad we hadn't Eaten anything since 5am. We each had 3 tacos & 1 water. We offered to pay for his tacos too but he said it was taken care of by the company. The owner claims we were taken to a local restaurant and the bill was $90. Lie, we ate Tacos in TJ. When we arrived to chulavista, we tip Octavio 15% (in cash) of the original invoice. I tried calling the company several times to fix the extra charge. They had never replied or called back. I had no option but to ask my bank for help for the additional charge made without my approval or knowledge before it went through. -October 27th, I got charged again the full $472.44 for the reversal claim. The bank said that All Access claimed the charges were for two separate bookings. This is a lie. We only had one booking with them that included our Round trip from chulavista to cuatro cuartos and back. I tried calling All access again but it is clear to me that the owner has no intentions of solving this. At the end, the only thing list is money, it could have been so much worse due to the reckless driving of the first driver that almost got it into accidents a couple of times.

We have used the service twice now to go from SD to Ensenada as well as SD to Valle and both times it has been a seamless and very enjoyable trip!! I don't know that I would travel to Mexico any other way. We have had 2 different drivers, Octavio and Abel. Both of these drivers are excellent! They are personable, helpful, and go out of their way to make the trip awesome. They have good local recommendations and most recently on our trip back to SD, went out of their way to show us some great stops in TJ prior to crossing. The drivers really help make the trip fun and safe. Had we driven ourselves, we would have delays at the boarder, get in the wrong line, and not be privy to the local hot spots. Cars are nice SUV's that are clean, comfortable, and usually have a cold beverage waiting for us. Can't wait to book again. Thanks John, Octavio and Abel !

Eek! Methinks not is what this company gets from me! BEWARE of limo company! Let me tell you how…read morerediculously crazy the owner is... I hired this company for 3 separate events dated 5/15/10, 5/21/10, and 5/30/10 (service not received yet for 5/30/10). The events were for a Temecula Wine Tour, A Bachelorette Party and the day of the Wedding. A verbal agreement over the phone was made on 5/11/10 with Anthony (who I'm pretty sure if the owner) to book all three events for a total of $915 (inclusive of 20% gratuity). The charges should have broken down as follows: 5/15/10 charge of $475, 5/21/10 charge of $220, 5/30/10 charge of $220. I had been doing my homework and called several company's to get a competitve rate. I actually found another company (A Royal Limousine) to beat the quote he initally gave me but he promised to match that price so I decided to go with Fifth Avenue afterall. Issue #1 - On the day of the first event which was a wine tour up to Temecula the driver had no idea what he was doing and went the wrong way into old town temecula which was completely saturated with traffic and it took us an additional 35 or maybe more minutes to get back on track. The mistake was minor so I decided not to worry about it even though it did technically eat into our time at the wineries. Issue #2 - On 5/22/10 the morning following the 2nd event I received an email stating I was being charged an additional $300 charge for damage being done to the vehicle pertaining to throw up on the outside of the vehicle. I immediately called the company that day and told them it was a mistake and they either remove the charge or we would not be using their company for the 3rd and final event. At that time, Anthony verbally told me that he would remove the charge on 5/22/10 and therefore we agreed to keep the final event with the company. However, after checking my credit card statement online today on 5/24/10 I noticed that the charge had not been reversed. I placed a call the company again to find out when the charge would be resolved and Anthony completely went off on me in an unprofessional and abusive manner. He even went as far as calling me inappropriate names! I could not even state my case to him, he was so irate! Issue #3 - I told him after he completely went off on me today regarding the additional charge to just cancel the final pick up on 5/30/10. He said he refused to give me a refund for any of the services even the one not yet used! I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company as this is completely unacceptable. I'm also very concerned with the fact that they advertise on the internet as Fifth Avenue Limousine (http://www.5thavenuelimos.com/contact.html) but that company is not listed anywhere on the BBB website. My credit card statement shows them as A Brilliant Limousine so that is the only reason why I knew to look them up as such. I'm concerned that the public will not be aware of the fact that they are a terrible company to use due to their horrible customer service and malicious practices. I am now out a total of $1215, and I no longer have a limousine for the day of the wedding!! I will have to now hire another company for additional money! This company has ruined and put a huge burden on the most important day! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!!
