So, I asked him, "are you trying to tell me that this gift certificate is worthless?" He said "yup!" First, the statement is clear on the gift certificate - "This certificate is valid for any products or services provided by this company", and I believe in Massachusetts, it's illegal for gift certificates to expire - even though the certificate says absolutely nothing about expiring. I don't want anyone else to get burned by this guy. Bad business, bad look Kenny.
