I was hoping to find someone at least knowledgeable on the type of soil I should get. Instead, I found Marsha, who was a complete houseplant expert. She advised me not only on the type of soil, but also a larger container, how to detangle the roots from the old soil, how many inches of dry soil to put into the new container for the potting, and how to fill the rest of the soil and "punch it." I had originally gone to a greenhouse this morning to get this type of advice, but they were not open. I was beyond surprised to get this level of service and knowledge from my local Home Depot. The young lady was very nice, but would not honor the sale price on the flyer , she talked with the manager and told us he said No, cannot give us the Candy because it wasn't the right colored bag. Same Candy, Same weight, wrong color!!! Then we tried to buy 2 cans of spray oil, but no price was on the cans, no upc symbol, we said forget it and cashed out our $139 of merchandise. This is a new store, but they better work out the kinks! Will not be going back to that one in New Bedford! Instead of calling the manager on a cell, she left us stranded at the register waiting patiently for her to come up with answers. Customer service just isn't there!
