Regal house was very competitive on price and boasted great service. When we received the furniture, it had several manufacturer defects. Regal House sent their repair man out and the pieces were promptly replaced. 8 months later one of the pieces got stained. We had purchased a warranty and, again, Regal House was great in getting the piece replaced. We have been thrilled with their service.

When I tried to explain to the delivery person that I had purchased 5 pieces of furniture and not 4 he was extremely rude and assumed that I was lying. Thank god I still had my receipt. When they finally delivered the correct number of furniture I thought the head ache would be done. As I was looking at my furniture I noticed many scratches and nicks that weren't from the delivery process. I immediately called Regal House because I was not satisfied with my bedroom set. I was also able to send them pictures. I was told they had to schedule a Regal House worker to come and look at the bedroom set and "see if it could be fixed." I told the person that came to look at my furniture that I refused for it be fixed with a marker. I feel that I have paid way to much money and there is significant damage that would not be able to be fixed by a marker. When I received all new pieces of furniture they were still full of nicks and scratches. After a month and a half since I ordered my bedroom set, I called Regal House again and I was told the same response as before "you have to schedule an appointment for a Regal House worker to come look at the furniture and see if it can be fixed." Well the worker came and he fixed the Knicks with a marker!!!! I called Regal House back and ask for the manager. I wanted to explain my frustration with the company and let them know that this is not acceptable. I did not expect them to send me another bedroom set but for them to understand that I was not satisfied with the way I was treated through this process and the quality of the bedroom set that I ordered. I hoped to get money back towards my bedroom set but I was told by a Regal house worker that $1050 is a good price for the amount of furniture I ordered. Even if I paid 1 dollar for the whole bedroom set that was the price that was offered by there company so I should not be having an employee stating that information to me. She then hung up on me as I was still talking. I called back and she said I signed a paper so there is nothing they can do!!! Before I could say anything else about "the paper" I signed she hung up again. The Only paper I signed was the first time my furniture was delivered and I was told I was signing that I received my furniture. I really advise NO ONE to order from this company !!

We went into Worley beds and was immediately greeted by Derek. He started out by showing us the mattresses. my wife who has medical conditions could not find a mattress that she was able to get comfortable in. At that point the owner mind you I said the owner who's always in that store which is a big plus for me came out. Derek explain to him the issue that we were having he immediately came up with an idea to custom make the mattress and what would be soft enough for my wife. We bought the bed and now that is delivered my wife says that the custom mattress that they have made is better than the $4,000 mattress that that she tried out. Derek and Patrick did whatever they could to help us out they were very professional the delivery people will probably some of the most polite people I have ever met in my life. Telling them about the issue that I have with craftmatic they came up with an idea to disassemble the foundation of an adjustable bed and reassemble it up here into my apartment I don't think I would have ever found another company that would be willing to do that. We was so impressed with that service that not only did we buy the bed we bought a headboard, mattress protectors, pillows, and pillow protectors. We actually brought up buying the pillows to them that is how they do not have high pressure sales but let me tell you this I can't believe the difference in sleep a pillow will make. I will say that anytime either myself or anyone in my family or friends need to bed that will be the first place I recommend to them.

We worked with Amanda and could not have been happier because originally our ten-day- later delivery was cancelled on us for an unknown reason and the best the store manager was able to do was get us a date ten days after that, which was unreasonable because we had gotten rid of our existing sofa based on confirmation of the original La-Z-Boy delivery date. We reached back out to Amanda and she really stepped up and was able to get us a delivery date much sooner than was the store manager, which was very much appreciated because Amanda cared that La-Z-Boy's delivery component had screwed up our delivery and unlike the store manager, wasn't willing to settle for placing us back in some random delivery rotation. We love our sofa and could not have been happier with Amanda's assistance during both store visits and when we really needed her help regarding the delivery. I see a lot of posts critical of La-Z-Boy deliveries and I can understand why. They really need to work on that, but as far our experience with Amanda goes, we could not be happier or more grateful.
