I've been to other spas that were cheaper and friendlier and I should've kept going to them, but…read morethis one was closer since I've moved. Never again.
I've been to this place a few times but I will not be going back. My last visit, I walked in and waited a few minutes. If you notice in the photos, they moved the welcome desk so now it's closer to the door - before, it used to be where the couch is. Let me be explicit - there was NO ONE in sight. The door was unlocked and the CASH REGISTER was RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR.
I finally called out and a lady (I use this term loosely) came running out from the back. She had shoulder-length orange hair with blunt bangs. I was very patient with her and was willing to wait until her current client was done. I heard a man in the back, who obviously paid for a relaxing spa day, and this person was the only person in that day. But noooo. She was very rude and greedy. She was eager to help me, until she found out I already paid someone else. Then she began to make rude comments and went back to fawning over her first client while I was an afterthought. At one point, she said to me "Oh, that will be fast" and then dismissed me to another room to get ready.
I had laser hair removal done. After the preparations (during which she fondled my breasts - not a big deal, maybe but other beauticians have been more considerate), she started the machine and immediately started using it, without letting the machine warm up. She did a bad job, by the way. When the hair grew back, it was uneven and she completely missed a spot.
As I was checking out, she was again, rude and practically threw business cards at me. I told her she didn't give me my appointment card and she shoved the card in my face, without writing down the date. She then invaded my personal space and kept boxing me out the door, until I tipped her, which is the only other time she was nice to me. Her eyes lit up at the wads of cash and it was disgusting.
Whoever the manager is, I hope you fire her. You could have been robbed and this person has poor customer service skills and was completely careless. I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone, unless I hate them.
