The best thing about this carwash is the Pit Stop Cafe located inside. They have fresh delicious burgers made to order with all of the fixins including mushrooms, bacon, 5 different cheeses, egg, and much more. This burger is comparable to Johnny Rockets or 5 Guys! I will definetely stop by again even if I do not need a carwash! BTW: The carwash was good with average prices and specials. I was in aw of how great my lunch was to notice anything wrong with the wash to be honest. I took my car to this carwash to get it detailed today, they said it would take an hr and a half to finish it so I walked to dennys to get some breakfast. Walked back,picked up my car,drove back home and as im admiring the shine on my car i noticed a dent on my front bumper that wasn't there this morning. Drove back to talk to the guy that hands out the tickets and said "we're not responsible for any damages done to your vehicles while getting washed". I asked if i can see the activity going on as they drove my car in the bay on their cameras hoping i can see anything, the guy said to wait for Monday for the owner since he is the only one that has access to the camera monitors.be careful when you drop off your vehicles here and keep an eye on the dude that drives them because they will deny deny deny if anything happens to your car. I used to know the previous owner 15 years ago never had a problem with them,very honest and always checking on their customers and employees. Never going back. This dude needs to man up and admit he can't drive for shit. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. My car seats and rugs look the same as when I brought it in apparently their vacuum doesn't work. As for the extra seal coat rainbow wax blah blah blah that was a bunch of crap. Their machine was broken and they were hosing down the cars. You best believe I will not be coming back. This is the worst and most disturbing car wash place I've had been to. If i have the choice to enter " 0" yes i would!!!!!! I complained to the supervisor/manager why water spot was all over my window and the car after washed. He replied by saying there is nothing he can do about it. This manager was so lazy and cocky. I suggested that they should use get rid water spots chemical and many car wash places are using it just to do final touches if such water spot has stains on the windows. To make long story short, supervisor/manager was very rude when I voiced to him. I further told him you won't get returned customer if you didn't even try to attempt and see if some of the water spot stains can be wiped and removed. The last thing I wanted to see if he would try to wipe away. He stood there and looking at me as if I am a fool. Obviously he didn't even care and even told me I can't do anything and again I asked him why don't you at least try. He replied by saying " f&$k off, I don't need your biz " I spent $45 on special wax with them on that day and is it the attitude I get from this manager????? OMG!!! This manager must not liked his job anymore!!! I haven't not come across any car wash biz with such a bad attitude and unprofessionalism. I'm really disappointed with this place. I've been coming here for years. I would get the basic wash with scent and it was 12.99, then it went to 16.99 and I still would come but now they are even charging 2.00 extra just for the scent when it's been included for years. I usually wash my car at home but I was feeling lazy and it was hot too, so I brought my baby here... On the outside, my car was OK cleaned, but the inside I can tell he barely cleaned it. I'm sorry but I took my car here and literally I seen employees just playing soccer out side and not acknowledging me. I had to walk out of my car to ask them if they could attend to me. They do an ok job here. Nothing special but they get the job done. One thing for sure is they do not have enough workers to dry the cars. Once the cars come out of the wash rack they sit for 10+ minutes until someone finally gets to them. They work even harder at this point since now they have to get the dried water spots off. Nothing but good experiences every visit. Workers seem to take their time to clean and dry my car well. They even use an air machine to get all the water droplets out of the crevices of the car. Something I wish ALL car washes did since after you drive off, those water droplets will turn into water spots all over the body. I'm not that picky and I believe you get what you pay for. The car was shiny in all the right places after getting the 1 diamond wash. They got some spots that were within detail range, but missed several small things. The vacuuming job was great, they even fixed all my car seat covers. Didnt like the smell of the black ice and feel like for the time they could have gotten a few of the small areas that werent cleaned. read more

Just left this car wash I would never recommend this place whatsoever. I spent $23 on my car wash and when I went to go get my car it look like nothing had been done. There was watermarks throughout the exterior of the car there was still wax left on the car the windows have streaks my inside did not even look like it was vacuumed. When I asked why my floor mats had it been vacuumed or white down he said I had to pay $35 in order for that to be taken care of. This was my 2nd time going to this car wash. I payed $17.00 for the wash, and overall it was a decent experience. The wash ok, it was not completely dry...there was a few corners of the car still wet. The wheels were not completely cleaned, there was some spots that were not cleaned. The interior was not fully cleaned or vacuum fully either, my car has short carpet and leather seats so it's easy to clean and there was so sign of having wiped down the interior. I did like the scent they used on the inside, it smell great. The process was fast and quick and the cashier was quick and friendly. read more

This is the best car wash around and the prices are the best. I always take my vehicles here and they treat my SUV and luxury car with the same tlc. Custom wash is excellent and my car always looks great. I usually tip 5 bucks. They also have great deals. The family that owns the place are always so wonderful. It's off Peck right near Valley. Vacuum wasn't on yet, the sprayers weren't even turned on, and this is has to be the first time the bubbles on my car was just carelessly hosed down. REALLY? If I could I would give this place negative stars I would give it -5 stars. You figure if you're paying for a service it would be done correctly the first time. I came in today (10/05/2019) around 4:20 pm to get my Nissan Titan hand washed and I got to say they did a horrendous job. They didn't dry my truck fully and there were water and soap marks randomly around the truck. On top of that he truck was washed completely as I found bird shit still on my headlights that wasn't fresh. The worst part is that I had asked if I could possibly get the truck re washed as I wouldn't say I'm 100 percent satisfied. All Christian, the guy who washed and "detailed" my truck, did was use a rag to wipe off the bird shit and some of the water and soap marks that were left on my truck. The worst part of all this is that there were scratch marks where they wiped the truck down. I k ow my truck and I hadn't seen these scratches on the driver passenger door before. Who is going to responsible for fixing these scratches that were done to my truck. And I didn't notice them until I had left and saw them at home and they appear to be surface scratches. I'm not happy at all. Jose I would expect reparations when your workers don't even do a standard job done properly without damaging people's property and I till tipped Christian for thinking they actually worked hard. Working hard is doing the job right not sub par. I will NOT be giving this lousy business my business anymore, no one that cares about their vehicle should either. read more
