Yes, Oreilly's, Auto Zone and Mercedes had the parts available but the price difference compared to H.A.P, UNBEATABLE! Not to mention, most of the competitors I mentioned earlier wouldn't have had the part until tomorrow. *For Oreilly's the Inner was $77/each and Outer $83 (L) $73 (R) = $310 (before taxes) *Advance Auto Parts $59 for each outer $76 for each inner = $270 (before taxes) *Levan The Outer were priced at $55/each and $35/ each for the inner = $180 (before taxes)! & my parts come with a warranty?!?! All in all : I saved a total of $141 going with Houston Auto Parts and was able to get my parts within two hours of purchase. This isn't my first time doing business with these pros and it won't be my last! Thanks for the best price and service in the city!

The negative reviews listed do not accurately reflect the business at all and mainly just show people unhappy with pricing and the fact their lowball offers are not being accepted. People must understand as these cars get older and more scarce parts are harder to find and will increase in value, that being said body panels on 20+ year old vehicles will not be in showroom new condition and will almost all need some type of repairs.

When the part finally arrived, they resent the estimate -- now $853 -- without warning. I was told, by Dane, labor "wasn't included" (it was), then told they "forgot a part and was quoted incorrectly." This is blatant dishonesty. No communication, shifting excuses, and clear attempts to exploit my need for AC in Texas heat. Even if they honored the original price, I wouldn't trust the quality of work. If you value transparency and integrity, go elsewhere.

Now I know every shop will try to sell you something... but this place was too aggressive. They were recommending to replace basically everything I've done... and it just so happens, their shop is a dealer of the parts theyre selling. I passed of course. They tuned my car with very disappointing numbers, and the price was average. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor, and couldn't care less about customer service. They also didn't walk me through the tune functionality (maps, launch control, etc), they just wanted to leave. My car tuned 291 WHP. I finally got around to having a pro tune my car (you know the one). I am now sitting at 321 WHP. The dead spots in the Houston Z Auto tune were so obvious and annoying. I don't know who tuned my car, but I know it wasn't Dane. I hear Dane is the only guy you want here.
