My boyfriend is the ultimate shopper. He knew what was there, including Bulk Barn. As someone who grew up in the Beaches area of Toronto, I was hoping for a real boardwalk. Oh, well. I can't win 'em all! The first store that I parked in front of and visited was Solutions. The closest one to my home is in Richmond Hill. It's nice to frequent a different one. I was greeted promptly by a staff member. It was nice that he said hello. He didn't ask me what I was looking for, which was nice. I looked at all the sale-priced Sistema water bottles and salad containers that were in front of me. Wow! Lots of variety and colours. I love this brand, so I took my time sifting though​ everything. Since back-to-school sales have started, I was looking at shelves and racks. I may need to come back next month and see how some of these items will help me with my organizational projects at home. I ended up getting some 3M Command strips to hang some picture frames at home. I also got a hedgehog toothbrush holder, and penguin and polar bear hot and cold packs. Checking out was painless. I skipped getting a plastic bag. I simply carried my items to my car and got a fabric bag from my truck. I spent a good hour in this store. If you want to get a ton of storage ideas and solutions, it makes sense to stop by and check this store out. (162)

The lady working there saw me as I could not find the QR code so she said I needed to print my label .. I went to a printer only one free and realized I didn't have my credit card. Went back to car and sat there and found the QR code through Wayfair and stood there and waited over five minutes. Maybe an extra staff member every time I go it's crazy busy today it was at 3:00pm. I ended up leaving and will go djtecy to a fed ex location and I will avoid this store from now on.

My review is zero (O). For Staples computer service. And for a lack of response when I emailed the…read morestore manager, and his supervisors. For this I give Staples executives a minus 10 !!!!! Never, never, never sign up for the "Home Plan" through this store. The service technicians are liars. They did not give me any documentation to support their service, nor any documentation as to what the Home Plan service agreement entails. All I received was a Staples Home Plan store receipt. They (the technicians) did not fix my computer. They did not scan my computer for viruses. They did not clean and update my computer. They only did the cleaning and installed the virus protection after I brought the computer back to the store to voice my concern that nothing had been done. Then they downloaded files to my external hard drive (ehd). That was after I brought everything home, checked the "ehd" and found nothing was on it. It was a blank. I took my computer and external hard drive back to the store. There is more I could share but I have already shared it with the non-responsive management at Staples. I think they may have all died, or left their employment....? After their week long executive conference in Niagara Falls....? All Staples did was sell me a plan for over 270 + $ plan (with tax) for a Norton antivirus program worth less than 30 dollars. Is this fraud? And why did I never receive a response from the store manager, Mark Martinell, nor from his supervisors, Peter Watanabe nor from CEO Rachel Huckle? Great leadership! Not. Ignore your customers, and especially those with legitimate concerns. The only email address that bounced back was from Rachel, and that was only because I typed in the incorrect email address. I re-sent it..... and it did not bounce back the second time. I gave them all 10 days to respond to my email. Never got an acknowledgement. You know where I am.

The service here is wonderful…read more I recently built a new computer with brand new parts and for some peculiar reason it wasn't working. I dropped it off here and the guy who fixed it texted me later and explained what the issues were and also offered assistance with other miscellaneous things (normally other PC shops charge extra for this). Being a student in Waterloo without a car, picking it up wasn't exactly feasible in the snow. I asked him if he could drop it off and perhaps have a look at my SSD (which came AFTER I gave him the PC) At my place, he set up the SSD and left. Not long after, I let him know I was having trouble installing the OS on the SSD. He offered to stop by and take a look at it, and of course fixed it. (It turns out that the computer was only recognizing one of the drives) This was all for a flat rate of 80$~. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at a PC repair shop. Highly suggest going here especially with newer builds.
