Took it back, he kept it for another 6 months, and then stated he couldn't fix it. Amp sound was originally distorted and quiet. After first service it made popping sounds that got louder and louder and no audio. After final pick up, the unit now has no output at all. Looking at the cabinet - the phillips screw heads are all now chewed up because of over-torqueing. Looking inside I see he has replaced one of the capacitors with a wrong value. Short of taking it apart and replacing this part the correct way - he cut the leads of the old one and soldered it to them. Hack job! This is not good service.

I was told it was going to be a few minutes and understandably as it was explained to me that they were shortstaffed. By the way, they are consistently shortstaffed. Which points to a sign of bad management if they can't keep staff. I was told the product was in stock. But I wasn't convinced by the tone. I was told the manager had to check and confirmed, but I asked them to double check and scan the item to make sure it was the one I wanted & the advertised price before I drove for 40 minutes to pick it up. Long story short, it was not the correct item, the item I wanted was not in stock. Never again.
