I recently visited Staples to look for a new printer as my old one had broken after 4 years. I had no previous knowledge about printers and just went in to browse, not necessarily buy. When I arrived one of the employees, Ryan, was happy to serve me and suggest a few printers. He was extremely helpful and friendly the entire time, and I ended up purchasing a brand-new Brother printer. He walked me through the entire process and explained the warranty details clearly. Thank you Ryan for your wonderful customer service!! I will be returning to this Staples and highly recommend it to anyone looking for office supplies. read more

Yesterday again, I had extremely poor & frustrating service at this location. Going forward I will only be going to the other Staples in the city. They are far better staffed and seem actually interested in helping the customer. I had called about a $250 product. I asked if it was in stock. I was told it was going to be a few minutes and understandably as it was explained to me that they were shortstaffed. By the way, they are consistently shortstaffed. Which points to a sign of bad management if they can't keep staff. I was told the product was in stock. But I wasn't convinced by the tone. I was told the manager had to check and confirmed, but I asked them to double check and scan the item to make sure it was the one I wanted & the advertised price before I drove for 40 minutes to pick it up. Long story short, it was not the correct item, the item I wanted was not in stock. Never again. read more
