the manager here is pleasant and wants to be helpful but unfortunately - like so many other places today- the staff customer service and skill set is below poor standards. don't waste your money on printing or office services in this location. it's a retail store for office supplies when your in a hurry. other than that it's a waste of gas and your time to give them your business. read more

if there was a zero, that's what these ladies would get. tried to send a document from BC to Pennsylvania via fedex and they insisted that I needed customs forms even though the waybill said "correspondence, no commercial value ". if they had scanned the bar code perhaps then they'd realize wasnt necessary. incredibly rude! read more

Two staff members were outstanding today at Staples. One of my online packages went missing last week so I called Staples to figure out what happened to it. The Manager Erin went out of his way to help me. He didn't want to leave me waiting on the phone so he took took my number and called me right back when he found the package. When I arrived in the store John was there to greet me with the package. Thank you Staples for being so helpful. read more

Apparently I just can't go get a one page document printed and pay cash anymore. "Self serve" is the only way to do anything. A lot of businesses seem to be going towards getting rid of employees, making you work for them for free. They just lost my business for everything else I was going to do today and forever as well. read more

Staples has a bad case of Schrodinger's Chair I was helped immediately while buying a chair that was on sale. Employee went in search of the chair in the backroom as apparently there were none on the floor, I was told they'd meet me up front. Employee arrived a few minutes after and got onto the computer and stood at the computer and watched it as it malfunction, didn't bother getting help and then disappeared for 5 minutes before coming back to stare at the computer again and getting the manager to reboot it. They got the floor display chair to sell to me in that time before the computer booted back up, but upon checking the computer once it was online, they realized there were 3 in store. Cue the employee disappearing into the back for another 10 minutes to look for one of these 3 chairs. I had enough, I was in there for 40 minutes, 10 of those were just trying to pick out the chair, the rest were standing up front waiting for a chair. The store was nearly empty at the time with several employees standing around and one searching for Schrodinger's Chair, a 10 minute experience went on for a half an hour too long. read more

I tried to walk through the door on Sunday, and I beeped. I am saying I was walking in not out. So one young guy told me to take off this give them that, including cel phone, I heard a woman say take her knapsack, at the end I had all my stuff on the counter, including my coat, it was only the woman behind the counter who thought to suggest debeeping my coat, and there you go that is where the beeping was coming from, and she debeeped me very nicely, what an awful scene.
