Almost the rudest owner I have ever come across in business. She says one thing and does another…read more She said come in before 10 am to get same day service. First time they advised me of this they were rude and offered very poor consumer service. So next time I went back well before 10am at about 9.40am to the get the "same day service" the owner said they could not help me and the owner displayed the same rude attitude, almost as if seeking to provoke. I pointed out that this was not what what she had told me before and she proceeded to begin to insult me and make up stories. I wont be going back! Buyer beware - they are not trustworthy and rude. Also the shirts that I did have cleaned there before always came back with some of the stains on them. The younger lady who works there is nice but the older lady who I presume is the owner offers what i can only describe the worst customer service I have come across. I see there are complaints about them on the better business bureau.

I've bought first aid supplies here a few times and the selection is great especially for how small the building is. Staff have had useful tips on which products to pick, and even asked if there was anything I wanted but couldn't find and said they were happy to order in for me. Today was my first time using the pharmacy itself and it was a great experience: fast, but they gave me a bunch of useful information the prescribing doctor hadn't mentioned, they processed my insurance info flawlessly for me, and were so friendly and kind it made a challenging time much easier. I'll definitely be bringing any business I have to this location when I can.
