They helped me with a couple of computer issues and also with a printer. I had a bad experience at another computer shop in Campbell. I caught the owner lying to me, and to my face, and he was also very pushy. Odyssey is far different and if you have a computer issue I highly recommend contacting them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs. They also sell new computers, printers, and all forms of accessories.

The reps say the store is busy I say look after your paying customers or hire more help to address the concerns of your customers, This service is very poor service to say the least it seems once they have received your money its see you later.
