So a…read morecouple months ago I took 3 laptops in to them... my newest one I needed it reset so that i wasn't so slow...and the other 2, I told them I'd like at least 1 of them fixed for the kids. Well after 2 months they said all 3 needed new hard drives..they put a "new" one in my newer laptop, and then tossed my other 2 in their "recycling" and they told us they didn't know where they were. (No one asked if they could rid of them for me). I managed to get 1 of them back but the 3rd is still "missing". The one they supposedly fixed....it's still doing the exact same thing....slow as molasses and they removed my good windows program and now it seems like I have a crappier version put on. Like what the hell?? I paid too much to have nothing done and have laptops or parts stolen instead.
