For a single box and a couple pieces of tape. I ask him if that is correct (because that is a ridiculous price) he starts rolling his eyes and says it costs that much because he has a business to run. Well Sebastian, your poorly run branch will never see another dollar from me and I will be telling everyone I know about how I was ripped off and treated.

For those who, like me, had never heard of this service, it isn't an actual mailbox, but a number that entitles you to ship packages to their address, which is very handy to use for shippers who won't ship to a PO box. We used it very thoroughly and were always greeted with a friendly smile and quick service. In addition to picking up our packages, we also made copies, shipped a package to the US, and bought some small office supplies. We were sent an e-mail whenever something arrived for us, which was very convenient. I will definitely be using this service at this store again next year!

If you know the area, then know that she (and I) live in Black Creek. She is a die hard Courtney person. But she trusts Thong's so much she goes to them in Campbell River. That's mean a lot, Haha. I took 2 bracelets there. One was Swavorski crystal that needed a new latch, and the other was a tanzanite bracelet that had broke, but I needed shortened anyways. I dropped them off on a Friday and picked them up the following Friday. They were done earlier than that, so they were pretty quick. It cost $70 plus tax, which is a good deal. The new clasp was real silver and the Tanzanite bracelet was gold, so like I said good price. They were very nice and the place is small but they have lots of jewelry to sell. Lots of chains, rings, necklaces, bracelets and broaches. I 100% recommend over any other big-box jewelry store. They are a Mom-n-Pops place, so stay local and support your community!!!!!

We had emailed ahead to ask about quantities and prices for a large number of bushes. There was a…read morepleasant exchange via email, and they offered to have the plants ready for pick up, as we were coming from out of town. When we got there, they had pulled 32 of the 44 bushes we were after, but there was a mix up and some of them weren't what we had in mind. The woman got quite frustrated and said that fine, we can put them all away and then she stormed off. We felt badly that they had gone to the trouble and because we wanted to look for replacements it wasn't too much trouble to put the three cart loads of bushes back neatly in place. We got our first cart load of bushes and put them back in the same area which appeared to be set aside for carts. Another woman came up on a tractor and snapped that was an area only for paid merchandise only. We asked if we could put the cart on the opposite side and she said fine and then we preceded to look around. We got excited when we found another variety that said full sun to part shade. The woman from the tractor snapped that this variety too was shade only. And then greeted another couple warmly and asked them if they needed anything at all. She never asked us this. We continued looking and after a long walk around the nursery we couldn't find what we were looking for including the other 12 plants we preordered that nobody had offered to help us find. We decided to give up and my spouse went to pay for the 12 we landed on, a small fraction of what we intended on. I went to wait in the truck as it had become a bit of a infuriating and very disheartening experience and I just wanted to go very badly. Then the original woman who had stormed off became quite apologetic to my spouse and said she was just joking which she was certainly not. At that point she had talked my spouse into buying 5 of the 12 plants we needed. She was certain that was what we had agreed on, and he said she had the email up. He came over to the truck to confirm. I was very tired at this point and became very confused and decide to get the original email up myself on the phone and it was in fact 12 to fill the space we were hoping to fill. She then became ultra helpful, which at this point felt very disingenuous. In the end we did find the plants that we had travelled to purchase. Nurseries are one of my very happy places, but unfortunately, I will NEVER return to this one.
