This business is a fraud. If you Google Maps their address,you 'll see that they are located in a…read moreresidential area, not a legitimate business location. The owner, Jack Hicks and his daughter, Lisa, are not people you want to work with, ever! They ordered some fabrics from us, then refused delivery of it after it shipped. They never called to tell us why they won't take delivery of it. Then 6 weeks later, they called us up to cancel the order. Once told they can't cancel something that's already shipped and especially when it was custom-ordered for them, they filed a credit card dispute. We are now out of hundreds of dollars and spending hundreds more taking them to court. I mean, who conducts business like that? If this is how they conduct business , I'll be scared to deal with them as a customer. A note on the racist comments, after we told him we can't take back something that was specifically ordered for him, he told us to go back to whatever backward country we were from. It's such a shame people act like this. We're not Amazon. We're just a small business working our butts off to survive.
