They charge per appliance to come and tell us what is wrong and need replace or repair. The first appliance was $194.25 the second $130.20 and the third was $101.85. The repairman came and looked at them. Told us what parts we needed. I get an a email with the quote for the repairs and parts. I had to approve the quote and they ordered the parts to be mailed to us and had to pay for them and another $242.50 per appliance to repair them. First they are not Wolfe/ Sub Zero certified. The repairman could not even tell what the error code that the freezer was showing. I received an email 20 minutes before the time he was coming on an appointment that I never scheduled and told if I cancelled I would have to pay a fee of $75.00if I cancelled. He could not fix the freezer and wanted me to order more parts and pay another $242.50 to come back and try to fix it again. The total bill for the first visit and then the repair invoice, where he could not fix the freezer, was $2,946.75 and he was here a total of 5 hours on two trips was $589.35 per hour. I felt I was paying a per hour fee for a Lawyer not a repairman! I would NOT recommend them to fix anything! I felt I was taken advantage of. The repairman was also rude to my husband and I.

Our dishwasher stopped working and luckily we had warranty through Home Depot. The technician who…read morecame to repair our dishwasher was from Willow Point Appliances. He was friendly and on time. However, he was unable to fix our dishwasher after 3 separate visits. After each visit he would say it was fixed without testing it and then leave. Each time I would phone and explain it still wasn't working. After the third time he said it wasn't fixable and needed to be replaced. Great! However, he wrote a report to the warranty company that it was fixed. They're unwilling to replace the dishwasher because of his report and would prefer to send another technician. Problem is, Willow Point Appliances is the only repair company they have on file, and he's refused to look at our dishwasher further. We've been without a working dishwasher for 9 months now, and I mostly blame Willow Point Appliances for bad business tactics. I hope no one else is stuck like we are.
