The Staples in PTC is the dirtiest, saddest, poor customer service stores ever. The floors are disgusting to say the least. No pride in cleanliness or employees. They are lazy and never offer a please or thankyou for your business. Instead they act as if being there is the worst that has ever happened to them. Terrible experience - I went to Staples to drop off an Amazon return & purchase multiple office supplies. I stood in line & eventually was told they could not accept any returns due to their store alarm was going off. I then shopped for all of my office supplies but then was told they could not check me out due to their store alarm still setting off! A total waste of my time & money. Why can't a manager (if they had one!) be able to reset the alarm). Well, thank God for Amazon - ordered all my office supplies at Amazon. Staples sure has a strange way of competing against Amazon - they are pushing customers to Amazon. read more

Needed some batteries, went in here and couldn't find any it took a few minutes for me to find someone to assist me but that person was very friendly and helpful as soon as I found them. Store is clean and organized, the batteries were just hidden out of the way. read more

Stood there fifteen minutes and no service, sad things have become this bad. Need more personal

I just went to Staples in PTC to print out a simple mailing label. It ended up being the worst customer service I've ever had! What should have taken a couple of minutes took at least 30 min. I was the only one in line. The woman at the printing area named Paula was arrogant and too self important to come to the counter. She never left where she was standing she shouted for me to follow instructions at the counter. When I couldn't get a printing code she told me to go stand by the trash can! To get WiFi connection. Finally someone else helped me. I will never go back. read more

Very convenient location with a great copy & print center. I thought the prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful. I was able to accomplish all I needed to there. I did think it cost a bit much to save to a usb. read more

Went in mainly to recycle ink with their credit program and buy a few cartridges as well. Costs a little more than some online sites, but I've been burned there before. Ended up getting good deals on other paper products too: paper towel , napkins and tissue were on sale; even cheaper than Publix bogo. read more

Honestly, I don't like to bash a store, but I just went to staples an hour before they closed to see if they would print some pictures for me. Rather than politely discussing alternative options, the gentleman at the photo counter rudely proceeded to decline my business and suggested that I go to Wal-Mart. If I were the manager I would want to know about this incident as it represented a terrible standard for customer service and I will not be using Staples anywhere ever again. read more

Policy can be explained in a polite, nice way; even if it is a bad policy. This man is the reason I will never step foot in that store again. This rating is for the copy/print center, not the store per se (they would get a 3). But the copy/print center is simply amazing. I had another supplier in PTC that promised a dozen presentations by 3pm and when I went to pick them up (3 hours after ordering) - they were just a mess (that's another story). I rushed over to Staples and in 15 minutes the team put together my business presentations, PERFECTLY, and I was off to my meeting. While the prices at Staples are higher than the 'local business' these gals were AMAZING!!! read more

We shopped here for a computer -- There were no employees around to help us. We picked up a tag for a model we liked and brought it up to them. Without even looking for the item, the associate says, "I don't think we have this" and walks the fuck off. We shopped at Best Buy (around the corner) and had a great experience. Came to this location in Peachtree City on a Saturday at 1:30 pm to purchase a desk chair, could not get customer assistance. Only seen 3 employees in store why is that on a Saturday at this time of day? I turned in 11 cartridges at Staples and now they say that to get my rewards I needed to buy $30.00 in ink. Well, I do not need ink, much less $30.00 worth of ink, and I just wanted my rewards. I wasted my time and gas driving over to the store for nothing! Very annoying! I will NEVER shop at any Staples again. And when I say never, I mean never. I don't like to say never but there are too many stores selling the stuff they sell at Staples, which are even cheaper like Wal-Mart. Btw, I used to like the store. read more

Management unresponsive to a repair issue. We bought an Asus computer and added the service contract. We had problems with the WiFI and after several trips to the stop which did not solve the problem, asked for service at our home. Were refused as they said it was a problem with our internet provider and not covered. We have since found that 1. it was not our provider, 2, ASUS has had problems with their WiFi. We had to hard wire that computer (others we have work fine). Our letters concerning this problem to both corporate and local manager have brought no response. I believe courtesy would suggest st least a phone call. Our purchases at Staples and particularly this store will probably be non-existent. read more
