Staples is horrible . They advertised a laptop computer for one rate for Black Friday. When I placed my order they accepted then they immediately sent me an email canceling . I then called and they could not tell me why . I was on the phone with them for over an hour as they tried to reorder . When it finally went through they cancelled again and then told me I had to wait until Monday for their system to get fixed . By then all the Black Friday deals would have been over and they could not even guarantee that I would get a laptop . Staples sucks . I will never ever shop anything from them again! read more

Every time I go into this location I leave with a smile. I had one almost bad experience with getting assistance with buying a computer chair. The response I was getting from what appeared to be a new hire wasn't good. I was upset turned and began to leave and another associate ran up to me and asked was there something he could help me with. I explained what happened he apologized and got me exactly what I needed and put the chair in my car for me. It was the great catch that made me come back. Believe it or not we had a 5 star (As good as it gets for sure) experience at the average (3 star) Folsom/Ridley Staples (next to the Acme). We needed some last minute and CHEAP school supplies on LABOR DAY - the day before the first day of school. We found exactly what we needed (Folders and single subject notebooks for 25 cents piece!!!) Plus a "graph paper" notebook for that pesky math class.! Got in and out with minimal lines (WOW) and a fabulous cashier - she is brand new and her name started with "A" I wish I could remember her name - she deserves a big, fat raise. Ink jet home printers are the biggest rip off ever. After spending too much on ink and junky printers that kept breaking, I decided to see how pricy and troublesome it was just to go somewhere and pay for copies when I need them. The first time I went to this Staples, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member when looking lost in front of the print card kiosk. The staff member offered to show me my options and quickly walk me through the system. If you have a credit card, you can go straight to the printer. You have to authorize a temporary $5 hold on your card. I've done this so many times though and have never been charged for any more than the papers I printed. If you don't have a card, you can get a print card from the kiosk and put money on it. You have the option of printing off a USB, e-mail, and I believe Google Drive, but I have only tried the USB method. Regular copies are 12 cents each after tax. I don't think this is bad and considering how little I print, it's way cheaper than buying overpriced ink and yelling at my printer when it constantly misaligns or tells me to clean the print heads. When you finish your print job, you can get a receipt printed and/or e-mailed to yourself. The main reason for four stars instead of five is that sometimes the card reader acts up and your have to try a different printer. I will continue to use Staples for my printing needs. As silly as it sounds, it's almost as easy as they advertise with the easy button! read more

Pretty effective staples. I needed to make some very large copies and they were efficient. I told them that I had to wait for the copies (confidential information was being copied). I was able to wander around and take a gander at most of the store. They seemed pretty well stocked and had a large selection of different pens and planners (I'm a planner junkie). I tried a bunch of their office chairs. The most expensive chair they had was around was $350 - $$$$ - but they had a few that were more reasonable. The copies were done in about 45 minutes and I was on my way. read more

I have been using this staples for copy and print services. I have always received professionalism from this store (which is more than I can say for other chain stores). The store has a VERY VERY QUICK turn around on copy and print products. I have used this staples over 20x for various copy and prints, book making, presentations, and poster creations. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied by the production outcome. The quality of the staff's work is superb! (This is why I give 5 stars!) The store carries items I didn't know I needed until I went in to buy them! Friendly and efficient staff. Always able to answer any questions about merchandise and access your needs for whatever problem that arises. So I decided to write a review because I see others have written poor reviews of this Staples Chain Store. Now I'm not saying there claims are not valid but I feel their view maybe skewed. read more

Was in a big rush to make it to the airport and had to grab some zip ties to ship a tote of mine. I've been a loyal Staples patriot for a while and drove out of my way to give this store my business. Walked in and saw 4 employees gossiping to each other, none which greeted me or asked if I could find anything. I asked the group where the zip ties were and a goofy looking guy told me they don't carry them...at an office supplies store. Plus I really had to pee so I was easily aggravated at the moment. Moral of the story, Staples has lots of good stuff except zip ties. Come on board of directors. I know you're up there talking about carrying this product on a quarterly basis. Just pull the trigger. I need to secure stuff down and I want to give you my money. Also, don't pee on the floor at staples. They don't like that. read more

If I could make this No Stars I would. They want you to order most of everything online, If that is the case. Close the stores so people can order online. When someone needs an item and it the name brand item of Staples. Micro Sd card. Why would you not keep it in your stores. Why would you have to order this online, I can see if it was an item that was taking up lots of room in store, But a SD cards. I never understand that at all. Hope the Corporate boy/girls see this and put items they have their name on in STORE. Wow. Not interested in going back to your stores. Will shop elsewhere. read more

its a chain outlet of Staples. the staff is helpful. they do tradeins on toner cartridges. they give you coupons if you are signed up with the affinity programs. my last purchase of an orthotic chair for my bad back (on sale) has frankly been a godsend to me in terms of productivity. the small sales are great. and they have small irems such as laid paper and fountain pens which show they appreciate old school values. they are great on updating printers and getting you into backup storage. i would not go here for apple stuff, but for ibm they are great. they do have apple printers though. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR GLASS REPAIRED HERE FOR YOUR PHONE! They charged me $180 and said the protective screen was on special and it would be cheaper total price with the protection purchase. I should have taken the phone back right away but I didn't because I'm an idiot. The screen was quivering and the talk to text stopped working too. Well, as luck would have it, I dropped the phone 2days later because my cat tried to bolt out the door and I dropped it flat on my composite deck. Totally shattered but I thought I could remove the protection and get another. NOPE!!it's some kind of "scratch proof film." Does NOT protect from breakage. Had I known, I would've went to Five Below and bought one that I know would have saved my phone. Then when I went back to the store, the manager gave me a snippy comment when I told him he should know what products they use in HIS store for phone repairs. I'm SO pissed!!!!! and now $360 poorer. read more
