Steer clear! I submitted a rush print order on Friday, December 12th that was promised to be done by 5pm. When my pick up person arrived at 5pm, they said "Oh, we won't be able to do the order". No explanation of why and a refund was not processed for me. They had ample opportunity to contact me or the pick up person (2 numbers they could have called or texted and 2 email addresses). SIX opportunities to let us know beforehand that they were incompetent, yet they never reached out. read more

OMG, went over there to get some letters from 1" to 7", first time she came back with the exact copy of what I gave her then she goes away and come back again with the same exact thing, so I just left and on my way out I go and see the manager and asks why this girl can't do it and he says it could be done, so I just left, AMERICA is in serious trouble read more

The website stated open till 9 at the Clarksville location . drove 26 miles to find they closed at 8 PM ! I arrived about 20 minutes after 8 . they need to update not happy about a wasted trip to get business card stock . read more

crappy service. not good AT ALL. placed an order for business cards and business invoices in AUGUST of 2024. they have lied saying they've emailed me about my order multiple times when I have not received an email from them in SIX MONTHS. they messed up the first order even after telling them and drawing it out the specific details. the day my order came in, they demanded I pick them up that day or my order would be sent back after I have now waited SEVEN MONTHS for my order. do not order through staples I will be taking my business somewhere else. this is ridiculous read more

If I could click a negative star, I wouldn't even give them a one. Went into the store for my first time. Today I needed some help with potentially printing and laminating something. The gentleman started out our conversation by looking at me and saying we are not taking orders to process today, this before I even asked a question. I explained what I was there for, and said, I just needed some direction, and he turned signs around toward me with directions on them, and told me I needed to read those. He wouldn't even answer the simplest question. Every comment out of his mouth was negative. I think his favorite word was no. When I said that, I was disappointed that he wouldn't even try to help me, he turned his back and walked away. in life there may be few times when excellence demands a response. Today is that day. I traveled from Cincinnati to Louisville and forgot handouts for a training session. A co-worker lived closest to the Clarksville Staples to get copies made, however she had to pack up two small grandchildren with only fifteen minutes before closing. upon arriving at 5:59, she had to park in front of the door and leave the children in the car to dash in before close. Jace, noticing, helped her with the self-serve order and told her to wait in the car. Jace printed the order, boxed it up and brought it to her. Our consultant referred to Jace as an, "Angel." She was and thanks to her our training should proceed tomorrow without a hitch. Thank you Staples and thank you very much Jace. Today was a great day read more

I use to work here for eight years...so i'm partial to the Clarksville location. I got toilet paper there today!!! So excited because of the shortage if toilet paper. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable about products. Black Friday is a time to shop for Christmas presents. And i love the back to school sales. They also use Square Trade protection plans on many items. I'm usually not one to buy protection plans but square trade is a no hassle program and cheap! Copy center is great and can usually get your products done same day or next day. Business cards are the cheapest around and worth the quality. Happy shopping! read more

I used to frequent staples in Clarksville Indiana fir use of fax machine. Many times I have seen an older white headed man that works in printing be rude to the customers by the way he talks toI them or treats them. Today was no different. I carried in a mirror that I was hoping to get a sticky transfer with a verse on it. The white haired man said "We dont do that". I told him I had gotten something similar back before Christmas and again explained I dont want them to put it on the glass but to make a sticker. I carried the mirror in just for measurements. He told me I could wait around 15 minutes for the person to come back from lunch to take my order and walked away. I asked why he couldnt take my order and he said I could wait 15 min. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that the manager was busy and could not come. I did call customer service and spoke to a supervisor but no mention was made of me getting the sticker for my mirror. The supervisor said he would take care of it. So far nothing. read more

I like Staples in general and, for the most part, this store is just like all the others. If you like Staples, then you'll be happy with this store. It is on Veterans Parkway and was part of the retail explosion that took place in the mid-00s. This is not one of the biggest stores, but it still seems to have everything packed in (might feel a little tight or crowded). The only thing bad about this location is that its property doesn't touch the main road... it's tucked away just a little. Honestly, maybe that's not a bad thing... all the way you look at it. read more
