I ship from this store for my business on a regular basis. The staff is great. Finn totally went above and beyond tonight to help save my client money on shipping by cutting my box down in size. Plus, he knows what I regularly ship and is extremely helpful! GOAT! read more

Came here to complete my I9 form for new employment by presenting my passport. Schedule my visit online and arrived early. There were others doing the same, so had a little wait. It went smoothly after that. When I was there it was a light crowd. Didn't have to pay a cent. Plenty of parking since it is in a shopping center. read more

I often return Amazon purchases to this location and the staff always greats me with a smile... and they never judge the wild assortment of items that I return to Amazon! So helpful and friendly! read more

I had an Amazon return that I dropped off at this store. It was simple and easy! I walked in with my items and presented the barcode. They scanned it and then gave me a receipt. The staff wore masks and there were social distancing signs on the ground. They also had a clean pen and dirty pen boxes to keep everyone safe. read more

The person on notary duty today doesn't understand their job and thinks they does and unnecessarily complicated my life by not knowing what they're doing and having some weird hall monitor power play complex out of idiocy. In the future...should the notary question maybe pay attention better to their PowerPoint presentation class on how to be a notary you may get better service than I did. Spousal consent for a 401(k) loan needs a notarized spousal signature. Not a Karen to tell me I'm doing my paperwork wrong. read more

Kayleigh the manager and her colleagues franchisee employers should not be allowed to be a UPS facility or franchisee. The service is horrific and attitude worse. I will Never give them my business again. And UPS Corp needs to look into the quality of service of this franchisee read more

It is refreshing to assisted by individuals who are energetic, knowledgeable and obviously enjoy helping people. Nam was patient and kind in walking me through steps in shipping packages. As a self confessed luddite, his kindness was all the more appreciated. Thanks to Nam and the UPS store team. read more

UPS supplies all the shipping materials for free to the stores, for some reason this owner does not feel the necessity to actually carry them all. The employees have no idea they exist and the owner wouldn't even come out to explain why they don't carry the standard UPS supplies, just sends the teenager out to say I can buy shipping material instead as they don't want to carry the actual UPS supplies. read more

I have been to this location several times and they have always been so helpful and quick to assist. I did a couple amazon returns here and they made the process so easy. The employees came out to my vehicle to help me carry the large items back inside. I also observed them trying to help a gentleman who was trying to mail an iphone in the original case with no wrapping, no container. Will be returning again for all my mailing needs here. read more

I quickly needed something notarized so I stopped by the UPS store closest to my house. There was a steady stream of people coming in and out, but this location had 5 employees quickly attending to everyone's needs. Each person was promptly greeted and directed to who could help them. Conner was extremely kind, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. read more

This location is so convenient, I must go there at least twice a week to drop off packages. I've also used their notary services. The Springhurst Kroger (My Kroger!) is right next door. You can also drop off USPS packages that are picked up daily. Definitely one stop shopping for everything package/shipping related and more! read more

Kurtis is awful and has no idea what he's talking about. Every time I go into this store they are beyond unhelpful and it's the most frustrating thing. If I could give this store ZERO STARS I would !! read more

This is a highly efficient operation. Quick on and out because the personnel really know their business and provide great service with a friendly smile read more

Amazingly quick and surprisingly good service! Even though there were several other customers in the store ahead of me, I was in and out within three minutes. Also, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. read more

They were very friendly and efficient helping me mail a large package. Good communication. Great care with packaging.

This is a terrible place. They lost my package and took absolutely no responsibility for it. It was appalling. No apology. No follow up. I'll never go back. read more

By far the best The UPS Store around. All of the employees go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. They can do anything from wedding invitations to large format printing to designing media for your small business. If you have printing needs this is the place to go, hands down! They also offer finger printing, both ink and electronic. If you need a mailbox for your business they give you an actual street address and suite number unlike the lost office which gives you a P.o. Box. Do yourself a favor next time and let The UPS Store take care of you. read more

This UPS Store is managed by a great and very professional owner! Their services are priced right (lower than other UPS Stores), they are always friendly, prompt and correct a problem quickly if it occurs. I would recommend visiting this store even if it's not the closest one to you! read more

Please don't go here - the WORST. I have been working on a refund for seven weeks now and they do nothing but the blame game. The store manager Katrina has ZERO customer service skills, never calls back, and blames the customer for the fact that UPS hasn't initiated refund. I filed a notice of refund when UPS took 4 days to deliver an overnight package. I was told they can't refund my credit card because it was UPS's money. They would file a GR-something another and I would get a check in 7 days. A poor way to handle the things but none the less I'd get my $72 back. I stopped by to drop off a package and remembered that I had yet to receive my refund...it's now been over 7 weeks. They are not sure what happened but reassured me they would check into it. Days go by and nothing to report. I contacted UPS corporate and they said they sent the money to the UPS store. Call Katrina back and she said that's not how it works and since I waited so long to follow up I just need to be patient. Really?!? NEVER go to them unless you like being portrayed as the guilty party. read more
