Buying our family's van at Family Auto was a FANTASTIC experience. From the moment we stepped on to…read morethe lot we were greeting with smiling faces, friendly staff and a low pressure environment. We got a good deal on our 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L and they even worked some magic to ensure our vehicle had some routine maintenance done as part of purchasing the car. The purchase price was well within the KBB price and I felt like we got an aggressively priced deal. Seth Burns was easy to work with, reasonable and accommodating. Dave at the front was also an enjoyable part of the experience. He always had a huge smile on his face every time we came in. My daughter didn't want to leave after playing in their vintage car in the lobby. Buying a car can be intimidating and high pressure. . . but this was NOT the case when working at Family Auto. I would highly recommend buying your next car there!!! UPDATE: I was looking at the negative reviewer below. Her review history on Yelp is very poor. She has more 1 star reviews on her Yelp profile than anything else. . . very critical. Take it with a huge grain of salt.

Bought a car off of them back in 2022 a 2015 Kia forte that was worth at most 10,000 and they sold it for 20,000. They also did not disclose anything that the car had wrong with it including the fact that this car hadn't had an oil change in who knows how long!!! The car turned off twice after purchasing it! HAD THAT HAPPENED IN THE HIGHWAY WE WOULD HAVE DIED! THEY AREN'T WILLING TO OWN UP TO THAT! In addition to that the car had already 133,000 mileage which is high and it isn't worth as much as they sold this car for!!!

REVIEW OF THE ACID CAR WASH SERVICE: I took my van (white…read morecolor) in that was covered in hard water spots (just recently learned what hard water is/does. lol), bug splatter from weekend excursions and you name it! I wish I had before and after shots, because it was night and day! The van came out looking brand new!! It felt nice to go on our road trip looking fresh. A few weeks later, we took our car (black color) in and it also came out looking fantastic! When I got home, I noticed the driver's side mirror was jacked up though (not just out of alignment). I took it apart and realized that the mechanism is just old (2002 model year) and clearly worn out. If I didn't disassemble the part, I could have easily thought it was clumsily damaged during the cleaning process. (This is a reminder that it this kind of stuff happens to older vehicles and it could have happened to anyone who was cleaning) It's also nice supporting a local small business instead of a faceless franchise. The owners are genuine and very personable.
