The place was pretty easy to find, but definitely a place that Must stay open by word of mouth since it's not a place you would probably ever drive by. It's run out of, what appears to be, someone's garage, behind their house. The sign was small, but I knew what I was looking for so I spotted it fairly easily. My four door car cost $180 plus tax to tint all four windows plus the back window. When I picked up my car (after only 2 1/2 hours!! Really fast) there were instructions not to roll down the windows for three days, not to use any glass cleaner with ammonia, and that there may be bubbles and streaks in the tint for up to a week, which is normal. The only bubbles/streaks in the windows were on the driver side back window and were dried up by the next day. Overall, I'm very very happy with it!! It looks amazing and I would definitely recommend Exotic Designs to anyone looking to tint their windows!

Than I was told WITH an appointment it would be minimum 4 hour wait to get in but more likely 6. When I was on a personal phone call the rude as hell front desk girl thought it was appropriate to comment on my phone call. "OH MY FUCKING GOD ITS ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS" I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service is terrible and the front desk girl is RUDE AS FUCK. As of now I'm still sitting here waiting. As I am sitting in the waiting room the front desk girl tells the workers O she left. I am literally sitting in front of her desk but I'm not here. The. She has the audacity to say she never gave me the keys. I tried and was ignored. If I could give negative stars I would. You're receptionist is the face of your company. When she treats customers like pond scum it looks bad on everyone and everything. As I sit here waiting I have heard her be extremely rude to several other customers who came in. I have seen several people leave because of it. I literally just her heard tell a customer who asked for a quote on Windows for her home "go somewhere else." I have now been sitting here waiting 5 hours. The front desk girl is only "polite" when the boss is within ear shot, I have heard her ask several customers "What do you want?"like a pissed off teenager instead of hello or how can I help. She is the first person you speak to walking in the door and that's how she's treating people. I can see my windshield is done and my vehicle is parked out front but the front desk girl can't be bothered to stop her personal conversation on her phone to do her job. I totally want to sit here and listen to you talk politics and religion with your friend. Please don't let paying customers at your job interrupt your personal life. Also be warned if you call or receive a call from this office she has you on speaker phone and everyone including the customers are hearing both sides of the conversation. So after 6 hours a rude as hell receptionist and more parts of my truck broken than when I drove in. I am finally done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. After being picked up by the tow truck we were able to find the best rated mechanic shop, " The Shop" owner is Dan, we had to leave the vehicle for the night so we called Dan and left a message. The next morning which was labor day we received a phone call. It was Dan from the shop. We explained our dilemma and he told us to bring the keys to the vehicle to his shop and he would fix it, and that he did within 3 hours we were back on the road again!! After making an appointment 2 weeks prior, I took my Toyota Camry in to The Shop to have the…read morealternator replaced. Jim, the owner asked me if I would consent to having the serpentine belt replaced at the same time, as there would be no additional labor cost. He quoted me $24.95 and I agreed. A little over two hours later, the car was done, and I paid the bill, $235.39. On the way home, the car stalled a stop signs and when I stepped on the gas, the car would surge forward like a bullet being fired from a gun. After I got home, I decided to have a look under the hood to see if anything looked out of place. I noticed immediately that the serpentine belt was not new and most likely the same one that was on the car. They had charged me for a new one but had not installed it. I drove back to The Shop and Jim the owner as well as the mechanic were both in the office. I questioned Jim about why the new belt had not been installed on my car, after he had charged me for a new one. He turned and looked at the mechanic, but neither said anything, just looked guilty because they had been caught. Then the mechanic stated that he did not know the car was to have a new serpentine belt installed. I walked outside to show them the old belt on the car, and then the mechanic said, "my bad, I just forgot to put it on." This after previously stating that he didn't know the belt was supposed to be changed. They then installed the new belt on my car, taking only 15 minutes. As I was leaving I told Jim the owner that I believed the mechanic had deliberately not installed the new serpentine belt on my car, and that I believed it was done with his blessing or at his direction. He just had a guilty look on his face and said nothing. I would not recommend this repair shop for automobile repairs as I believe they are rip off artists and I believe they will cheat you if they can. Clarke Morris
