Their waiting room isn't up and running, yet, but I was happy sitting around the desk and talking to the family. This business is very new to Moses Lake, but the family who owns and operates it are longtime locals, and I love that they have had so much to offer the community. They are all friendly and easy to talk to, and Theresa gave me the inside scoop on the town. All in all, an excellent experience from people who know their detailing stuff. Check them out. REVIEW OF THE ACID CAR WASH SERVICE: I took my van (white…read morecolor) in that was covered in hard water spots (just recently learned what hard water is/does. lol), bug splatter from weekend excursions and you name it! I wish I had before and after shots, because it was night and day! The van came out looking brand new!! It felt nice to go on our road trip looking fresh. A few weeks later, we took our car (black color) in and it also came out looking fantastic! When I got home, I noticed the driver's side mirror was jacked up though (not just out of alignment). I took it apart and realized that the mechanism is just old (2002 model year) and clearly worn out. If I didn't disassemble the part, I could have easily thought it was clumsily damaged during the cleaning process. (This is a reminder that it this kind of stuff happens to older vehicles and it could have happened to anyone who was cleaning) It's also nice supporting a local small business instead of a faceless franchise. The owners are genuine and very personable.

About a week later it starts clunking and hasn't stopped since. i took the car to their shop to be "fixed" so I go pick up the car and it STILL MAKES THE SAME NOISE! Take it back to les Schwab to be inspected and come to find out they didn't fix what they said they did. Now they're telling me I have to pay more money for these parts when I was sold the car and the main problem was not fixed. Long story short these guys are not ever going to get money out of me AGAIN!
