Once he received my service call for a tow he called me to let me know what his estimated ETA for his arrival was which was very much appreciated because I was very worried I would be waiting for many hours. Then when he was about 15 minutes away from arrival he text me to let me know and said it was OK for me to ride back in the tow truck which was awesome because my husband was at work and I was over 20 miles from home so it would have been a long walk in the dark down hwy 17. When he arrived he was super polite, handled my vehicle with care and was well prepared for how to seemlessly get my little car loaded & hooked up to be towed safely. I was in the middle of a VERY long hold on a phone call with the delivery company I was working for & delivering a Home Depot order when he arrived, he was so polite & asked for my permission to move my car how he needed to position it accordingly. When I got into the tow truck he was super friendly and chatted with me the entire way home so the ride wasn't awkward at all. When we arrived at Les Schwab he again unloaded my car with care, precision & skill. I also still didnt have a ride home even though we were back in Moses Lake so I was going to walk home but he gave me a ride back from Les Schwab to my home in Knolls Vista. He knew I was a delivery driver & that I was in the middle of a Home Depot delivery when my car blew the tire. He offered to take the bag of cement I was delivering with us so I didnt have to come back to get it before I returned it to Home Depot. Yuri was ABSOLUTELY Aaamazing Start to Finish! There was'nt anything that he could have been more amazing at. Today was a bad day for me because Im down & out to be able to work and make money.... but Yuri TOTALLY Saved the day!!!! Yuri spoke to us promptly after we contacted our insurance co's Roadside Service arm. His encouraging tone and proffered personal cell number were reassuring. Midway through orientation, we changed the original, smaller, city we had chosen as a destination to a larger one, somewhat farther away (there was a dealership there). Yuri was cheerfully adaptable and said he would drive us and the vehicle anywhere. He was very diligent about the actual towing and safety issues regarding our car and us. He was sensitive to our comfort in his rig and offered to stop anywhere along what was a pretty long ride. Yuri has honesty and moral values we appreciate. Initially I had considered writing a very poor review. But I came to the understanding that my…read moreimpression of Agri-Fix as a company was way off. I was in a very tight financial vise at the time that my car's lower ball joint snapped while the car was in motion. The one and only option I could afford at the time was to let Agri-Fix take my car to their yard, and attempt to initiate contact between them and my insurance company. My insurance company wound up not being willing to work directly with them, and rather only allowed for me to receive a reimbursement for the tow once I had paid upfront. Due to several mutual miscommunications and misunderstandings, I had trouble getting my car released from the yard, which was a problem considering I was to be charged rent for storage each day it remained there. I became very angry and convinced the company was being intentionally dodgy, in order to squeeze me for money I did not possess. I called Agri-Fix later on with a question about a charge, and found myself speaking to the wonderful owner, Amy. I told her about the miscommunications derived from the employees I had been in contact with, and how what should have been an event that led to the immediate release of my car, I wound up with 11 days of storage fees, each at $89. Rather than ignore me, Amy listened and understood, and did her best to personally see to it that it be made right. She and I worked out a price option that I could afford and didn't diminish her work's value. It is only because of this integrity, on her behalf, that I will be able to afford my bills. I want to note that the miscommunications that occurred were not in poor reflection of her team, but rather simple misunderstandings. Thank you to Agri-Fix, for being willing to operate as a human oriented company, and for the owner's honor and kindness. I would highly recommend Agri-Fix for all. I would add, especially those unnerved about being taken advantage of; for my personal experience with them has proved to be of honesty and character.
