I took my Honda into Affordable Auto in February because I was leery about taking it to Bud Clary. All of the lights on the dashboard would light up and the car would go into limp mode intermittently. I showed them the Autozone print out stating that the throttle body needed to be replaced. They claimed it wasn't the throttle body, it was some other parts connected to the throttle body. I trusted them to complete necessary repairs. The repairs costed $2,000. Not even a week later the issue returned. I took it to Autozone again and it stated again that the throttle body was bad. I had already spent $2k that I couldn't afford and they said it might be a bad steering rack. I took it to Bud Clary and they replaced the throttle body and I haven't had an issue since.

And, went way and above the normal customer service to fix all the problems VAS created. He also asked VAS to call him, they refused. He is also willing to help me in court!!! After 4 months our lawyer sent a letter demanding action. The business's response was "they didn't have an appointment "Today after over 5 months we are picking up our truck, which now has a dead battery, and they did not complete the work. We are "eating" the cost of this repair as we no longer trust them to complete the work correctly. They are not trustworthy and you will wait forever to get your vehicle while they lie to you along the way.

Worst place ever.. I bought a replacement engine and they were going to put it in and broke the…read morealuminum block by ripping out my head bolt threads!!! So it cost me thousands of dollars for a rebuild kit to just rebuild my original motor... THEY DID THE SAME THING TO THAT BLOCK!!!... so I had to pick one of the blocks up MYSELF and bring it to another shop to have it fixed Which cost another $2000 that they refused to compensate me for.. and then they said they would give me a good deal putting that one In cuz all their mistakes and then I went to pick up my car and they tried charging me almost double what they had said they would do it for.. so an engine replacement that should have been quick and cost 3k tops ended up costing me 2000 for replacement engine 3000 for them to brake it... then another 2400 for rebuild kit and then another 1900 to have that block fixed and after all that they told me I owed 3500 for them to put that one in!!!! So it would have ended up costing me almost $13000 for new motor to be put in.. and then they are trying to sue me an take me to collections cuz I refuse to pay the last 2000.. cuz in reality THEY OWE ME $4000 IN THEIR FU$& UPS.. n I am trying to replace my radiator right now and ALL MY HOSES ARE STUCK ON WITH ADHESIVE...
