Had axles replaced, new wiring, sandblasting all the surfaces primed and painted. I picked the trailer up when thy told me it was done. Noticed on the way home they had only 3 lug nuts out of 8 on each of 4 wheels. They met me on the highway and fixed that. Noticed at home that many of the bare metal surfaces had no paint on them at all, and nothing had been primed, although I paid for that. After leaving messages, the owner finally called me, and she was friendly and stated she wanted to make it right, and would have it painted correctly. She would call back with a time. I had them fix the brakes on my boat trailer, because they were the only ones in town who said that they worked on boat trailers, and my wife and I were in town for a fishing trip. I had to leave it with them, because we had to get back across the mountains for work. I headed back over to pick it up on 5/26, and after paying the ridiculous amount for the brake job, I headed back across the mountains. As I was getting off of I90, one of the mounting bolts on one side of the brake assembly fell out, and caused a catastrophic failure. Brake assembly destroyed, along with the rim and the tire. After reaching out to them several times, I finally got a response from the owner saying that they would have it fixed on the west side, so I didn't have to get it back across the mountains. Didn't hear back after that. At this point I am going to have to get it fixed myself, and take them to small claims court. It's unfortunate that they are not willing to stand behind their work. My kids had a boat trailer bearing blow out on a holiday weekend, with nothing open and crippled on the side of the highway 150 miles away at home. Made some calls; this was Sunday night after hours before Memorial Day, terrible timing. Dustin answered the call from home, and gave them the code to the secure storage to lock the boat up, saving us from an expensive tow home. They had it fixed in just a few days, not just the bearing but the whole axle and 2 new bearings for less than the price of a tow home! Dusty explained how to prevent this in the future. Great work, and great customer service. Our RV and motorcycle trailer were towed there from Grand Coulee, where no one would help us with our blown rear axle gasket because were had an RV -- not even the Ford dealer, even though our engine is a Ford engine on an RV chassis! Our tow truck drivers, Agri-Fix Towing Tractor Repair, took us to Beeline, where we spent the night in the parking lot, with electric and water hook-ups no less! The next day Beeline ordered and installed the part, and also fixed some other problems that we had discovered in the meantime. They were extremely patient and thorough, and their work was excellent. Btw, while we were waiting for the part to arrive, the office manager, Debbie, actually drove me to her favorite salon so that I could get a haircut! Talk about great customer service! I had a bad wheel bearing where it ruined the axle on my trailer. Spoke with a couple of RV parts places who sent me to Bee Line Frame and Axle. They advised how to get it in and scheduled a time. Made a run to Spokane for the parts they ordered. With all the parts on hand, got the job done. Quality, knowledgeable, helpful, work accomplished in a timely fashion at a fair price. At the recommendation of someone, we took our truck to Bee-Line for an alignment after purchasing new tires. Calling ahead, they told us to just bring it in anytime and they'd get it done. We get there, and they not only want us to wait several hours, but they say they have to inspect and diagnose anything that's wrong before they will do an alignment, and if we choose not to have the work they recommend done, they will charge us for the inspection and would not do the alignment. Not having been born yesterday, we took it elsewhere and had the alignment done for $39 in less than an hour with no fuss. read more

My 28ft Motorhome broke down in July 2015 on a Saturday evening on I90 Highway. I was very impressed how speedy and how much they helpful these guys as we got towed to their shop. They wanted us to be as comfortable as possible as they were not going to be able to see what's wrong with it till Monday. I fixed the problem myself on Sunday and headed home. This past weekend on friday around 10am my carburetor went sour on me, I pulled up to 5 guys standing around a black chevy truck limo. I if they could fix my Motorhome. They looked at me and said that the shop can do it but they couldn't get to it till the next week. I told them iam from out of town and need to get it done sooner than that. Got back in the motorhome, it would not start so I started tearing down the engine to the carb. It totally would not take any gas. These five guys are just standing outside smoking cigarettes watching me trying to start it. These ppl are Rude and LAZY. NEVER AGAIN read more
