As our main course, my husband got the double cheeseburger and fries and I got the Buffalo chicken with fries, booth plates where 10/10. For dessert my husband insisted we get the brownie with ice cream top up with whip cream. I had to split with him as the meal was filling on its own! I would recommend people to try this and support some local independent business versus going to a large chain restauran. Thanks again for the meal and service you provided for us this evening. Lunch was perfect with lots of soups, salads, and sandwiches to choose from. They even had a soup flight! I opted for butternut squash soup and a small Greek salad. Everything was delicious and portions were perfect. Husband had a chicken pita and decided on tots for his side. I stole a few tots and they were delicious. Nice and crispy. Service was excellent. The place was a cute one-room area with a little bar in the back of the room and booths and tables throughout. The bar had a big screen TV which was showing a baseball game. It looked like they have live music on certain days. It's part of a strip mall so don't miss it.

It could have been a bit more cheesy, though. I felt like having something sweet so ordered an ice cream churro sandwich. It was okay and just enough to satisfy my craving. The churro could have been softer (it was a bit too hard and crunchy ... maybe sitting around for a while?). Dawn was my server. She was friendly and fun.

Our server Aggie was not attentive; I needed a drink refill but she never checked back after bringing the meal. Staff are not the friendliest bunch. They seem absorbed in their own world hardly paying attention to the customers, but expect to get a good tip. I won't be patronizing again.

Expensive, generic and tasteless food…read more We stopped in for lunch on our way to Niagara Falls. The lunch menu is small and overall very expensive. I got a grilled cheese with a cup of soup for $14 CAD. The broccoli cheese soup wasn't very sharp and needed salt and pepper. The grilled cheese had only one variety of cheese that appears to be chosen more for its melty look rather than cheesy taste. My husband got chicken fingers and a salad. You get a lot of chicken for the price ($10 CAD), but unfortunately, the chicken tenders didn't taste like anything. The bartender was friendly, if not a little spacy, during our visit. Overall, a wash of a meal at a mediocre chain restaurant. Wouldn't recommend for lunch.

I ordered up a quarter chicken diner with the upgraded Mac and cheese as a side. My order came out promptly and all was quite good. They have a condiment basket at the table with their various BBQ sauces to try. The only thing I would comment on was that the food was just barely warm and that the sauce for the mac and cheese was kind of clumpy. Would have been nice if they put it under the broiler for a minute and added some green onion on top. Will come back in the future to try some more on their menu.
