Great cafe in Beantsford, with friendly, quick service and great value for money. Had a bagel from the breakfast menu and a latte.

Most delicious vanilla Chai tea and good price compared to compeditors!! Perfect thing to have to warm up on a cold day. Quick and convient service with the number to location order delivery. Their sandwiches are so delicious as well. read more

Went with my niece who has an allergy to eggs and nuts and asked what dressing was on the chicken wrap and was told we can't tell you the ingredients cause it's pre-made somewhere else and shipped in boxes and we then throw the box out. We asked to see the ingredient list and again were told "that was probably on the box and we threw those out" So we ordered something that we knew would be safe for her and sat down. When they brought the food for the rest of us we asked where her soup was and were told "we don't have that today". I said " it's on your today's specials board". To which they answered. " ya sorry". How can you serve food in a "FRESH CAFE" if it is made offsite and you don't know the ingredients?!?! read more

When it opened, it was William's Coffee Pub, and the only one in-town. In the last couple of years, it has undergone a facelift, and locations have opened up all over the area. In Brantford, this location has a lot of ex-customers from Tim Hortons, from years gone by, when you could sit at the counter, and the donuts were made on-site. They have an excellent menu, with all good, fresh ingredients, and reasonable prices. You can often see people working on their laptop or iPad, while sipping a beverage and/or having a bite to eat. The guy that owns this place used to own all of the Wendy's restaurants in-town. I really give the guy a lot of credit, for bringing healthier food to coffee shops. I've been coming here regularly (when I'm in the area) for a few years, now. There are specialty coffees & teas, soup, sandwiches, bacon & eggs, and quiche. The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. The food is good. The prices are tough to beat. read more

New owners but little has changed. Still slow service, stale coffee. They cancelled the Spectator to save a few bucks. The new owner is very unfriendly. I guess its the Blue Dog from now on. Too bad. read more

Friendly staff and great food! Consistent with the high quality of food and service I have seen at all other William's locations. The decor looks great since it has reopened, and this location even has a nice sized patio! The relaxed environment made it a great study spot. Definitely a better option than Tim Horton's any day :) read more

Compared to Williams in Etobicoke or Waterloo this one is not good. - very slow (ot took them 8 minutes to make 2 coffees) - coffee was too hot, not enough cream - no cream / milk available for self service. read more

Horrible horrible food and SLOW!!! 20 minute wait and there was no lineup. Ordered salmon rice bowl, chicken rice bowl and bruschetta flat bread. Bowls were all rice and potatoes......who puts potatoes in a rice bowl. Salmon was like leather, the coleslaw was hot and soggy. Flat bread was inedible as it was soaked and soggy from oil. Total bill $50. Never eating here again!!!! read more

Sat down for 15 minutes was not even acknowledged and my table wasn't clean and I think they are racist

The coffee here is very good. I go a lot for specialty coffee as well. I also like the croissants as well. The Cesar salad is very good and well priced. The issue is that entree items are quite expensive and not overly large. If you watch what you get, you can get a good deal but u have to be careful. read more

Great location for several reasons: it has a lot of space which means that it doesn't feel crowded or rushed, the staff are very friendly, and the food is really good. It is pretty expensive because you are paying for quality ingredients (really, it's worth it). read more

Very surprised at the lack of service at this establishment. But none the less it was bad. I was in the area for lunch as I had a conference later that day. I ordered the Chipotle Turkey club and asked for the $3 combo with that. After ordering the server comes out to tell me the signature salad I selected isn't part if the deal. Frustrated, I ordered another on, then a minute late change to a healthier choice. The lady told me I was unable to change because it would take her too long to ring it in the register as she could hardly use it anyway. There was also no wifi. When asked, the answer was it should be working but I'm no tech wiz. I asked other tables and they were given the same response. Not good. Will not go back. read more

Terrible. Horrible. Awful. Its really too bad, because before the reno this was one of my favourite places. You can tell its new ownership. Poor service. Poor quality. Poor attitude. Dirty tables. Stingy portions. Desserts that are no where near the quality they were before, AND sit for days and days and days until some poor sap buys the last one.
