Like everyone is lying to them I suggested they give costumer a time limit in the future . Most stores will hold an item for 2/3 hours before putting it back in circulation. I'm visiting here from out of state to help my daughter with her four adopted children. I needed a sheet of birch plywood cut in two sizes, just two cuts. I was told no special cut. The sheet of ply was about $45. So, respectively, I thanked the man and drove 45 minutes to the nearest Home Depot in Owasso. I paid $65 for a sandable ply, not what I needed, but they cut it for free. With the other materials I bought, my total was $238.00. Would rather have purchased at Pryor Lumber, 7 miles from the family. But customer service at times costs a premium. Still see Pryor Lumber as an option, but may arrange for material runs differently in the near future.
