I called again at 3:57 and got through, was trying to explain I had an appointment between 11 and 3 . He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, he had slurred speech, I could hardly understand him. If he wasn't having a stroke he was intoxicated . He did say he was a repair man but didn't know what I was talking about and then hung up on me. Seen other review, now glad he never came. You need to call someone else. Lori Lewis

    I had ran into Jim at my restaurant. I got to talking to him and he told me what he did. Appliance…read morerepair. Pools and all. He gave me his card and left. I then got to thinking that I had a refrigerator that wasn't working right. So, I called him and set up a date for him to come to my house. He showed up and immediately went to work on my fridge. When he found what was wrong with it, he showed me and said that he would have to see if he had a fan. If he did not it would be 2 to 3 days before he could get back to it. I told him that was fine and asked him what I owed. He told me it would be $148. I paid him $160 and told him to keep the change for when he came back to finish it. I waited a week and called him. I left a message because he did not answer. Well, the next week i left another message. Then i texted him. He has never called back. This was mid May when he done it. I finally went to Lowes and bought a new one. Then, i find out that all I had to do is let my fridge thaw for a couple of days and plug it back in. I'm at a total loss at what to say. Shame on you, Jim.
