However, I was at home and no one ever came. I reached out to my landlord and she said they would call on Tuesday to let me know when they would come out. I spent all day Tuesday at home waiting for them and no one showed or called. Again, I told my landlord that no one showed, so finally Wednesday afternoon around 4:30pm I finally received a phone call from a very rude employee saying that someone will definitely be out on Friday, but she couldn't give a time frame. So again, Friday, I wait all day and NO ONE shows up.

I then got to thinking that I had a refrigerator that wasn't working right. So, I called him and set up a date for him to come to my house. He showed up and immediately went to work on my fridge. When he found what was wrong with it, he showed me and said that he would have to see if he had a fan. If he did not it would be 2 to 3 days before he could get back to it. I told him that was fine and asked him what I owed. He told me it would be $148. I paid him $160 and told him to keep the change for when he came back to finish it. I waited a week and called him. I left a message because he did not answer. Well, the next week i left another message. Then i texted him. He has never called back. This was mid May when he done it. I finally went to Lowes and bought a new one. Then, i find out that all I had to do is let my fridge thaw for a couple of days and plug it back in. I'm at a total loss at what to say.
