I had used a laundromat in Washington state in the summer of 2023 that had the card system and I LOVED it, so I wanted to give this location a try! They did not disappoint. Getting the wash card is easy. You can use cash or a debit/credit card to load funds on the wash card. It's super simple but the workers have no issues walking you through the process if it's your first time. Be sure to register your card so you get the extra free $1 bonus. The employees helped me find the right size washer for my ginormous comforter and got me all settled. The facility is nice and clean, plenty of washing machines and dryers, my ONLY complaint would be they only have 2 of the larger dryers meant for blankets and comforters. I had to wait a solid 30 minutes for one to open up. However, I didn't have anything pressing to do so I sat and read my book until it was free. I will definitely visit this location again to wash large items that don't fit in my washer at home. Such a great experience with very friendly staff!

He sends his sincere apologies out to everyone for having to do this! It came down to either increasing pricing or shutting the doors. He knows that this community needs this Laundromat, so with a heavy heart, he increased his prices. Here are the new prices. Washers are; $9, $8.25, $6, $5.50 &$5.50. I did not ask to be compensated in any way but simply asked the attendant to make someone at the plant aware of it so that they might take steps to avoid it from happening again. The attendant immediately became antagonistic and disrespectful in a manner that seemed as if he were trained to respond in that manner. Again, I asked for no compensation of any type and my only intention was to make the plant aware of what had happened so that they might prevent it from recurring. Rather than listen to this reasonable request, the attendant became hateful and verbally abusive. I was shocked and picked up the 14 shirts I had brought in to have laundered and turned to leave while the attendant resorted to taunting me and being exceedingly disrespectful. Needless to say, I will not be using Catoosa Cleaners in the future. I was so shocked by my treatment that I have to wonder if the attendant was having some personal problems that made him mentally unbalanced.
