We needed a split King to allow me to have my head elevated while my husband still needed to sleep flat. We didn't think we could afford the adjustable bases and two very good twin mattresses. I called Sapulpa Mattress and More just to see if we could get close. After speaking with Justin, we decided to go to see what was available. Justin guided us to the bases he thought would work best for us and showed us that we could afford what we needed. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient as we tried all of the beds. He personally delivered and set up our new bed yesterday. Last night we were both able to sleep through the night in our new bed. Thank you so very much, Justin. If you think it's time for a new mattress, be sure to see Justin at Salulpa Mattress and More.

He was very friendly and made my experience a happy one. Quick and painless! I picked it up the next day at their warehouse location because I didn't arrive to the store until 6 that day. Just a note if you want to bring something home that they have in stock the same day, the warehouse closes at 7:00, so you have to order and pay a couple hours before closing time. That will give you a chance to drive to the warehouse and get the item the same day.

When the third party delivery company failed to deliver my bed ontime for family that was going to be visiting, they went the extra mile to expedite the delivery after the fact and even gave me a refund for a reasonable portion of the delivery cost for the delay, even though the problem wasn't created by them. Sergio made himself available to me to help clarify some of the assembly and sent me some replacement parts that had been compromised due to my mistakes on the assembly. All in all, I feel very comfortable and motivated in recommending both Julie and Sergio for their outstanding customer service as well as their top quality comfortable bed which we have since used numerous times. Most of the furniture stores that had them offered low quality beds. Our search led us to Murphy Wallbed USA. The staff there was helpful, listened to our needs, offered solution options that included a desk attached to the wall bed. Yes, they were more expensive than the big box stores but the quality was far superior. These beds are custom built and on-site assembled craftsman quality wall beds. The cost for one depends on the design and add-on options. From order to assembly took 2 weeks so plan ahead. This small Tulsa business is professional from start to finish. If you need a small bedroom redesigned for multifunction this is the go-to place for a quality bed.
