Despite my attempts to clean and deodorize it, it still reeked, and I was embarrassed to have anyone over. The 2nd rug was heavily soiled and damaged after storm damage to my roof turned the upstairs into a construction zone. It was discolored, and I had given hope of salvaging it, so it was stored in my basement for several years. The 3rd rug just needed a good deep cleaning. Robert was punctual for his initial appointment, and explained what he would do to treat and clean the rugs, particularly the first two. His quote was fair, especially given the work required. They picked up and hauled off the rugs, and gave me an estimated work time, and he kept me up to date. The rugs required more time than initially estimated, but Robert made sure I knew in a timely manner, so I never had to follow-up with him. He delivered the rugs back today, and all I can say it WOW! He did an amazing job on all three, but I'm most impressed with the results of the first two rugs. There is absolutely no odor, they are dirt and dust free, and he was able to restore the color on the 2nd rug. Robert and his colleague were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. I appreciate every aspect of this transaction. I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of cleaning services, especially with area rugs. Thanks Robert!

Not so much the job they did, (the cleaning was exceptional) but more so some practices that were border line unprofessional. 1. Calling last minute saying your 20 mins away rather than prescheduling an exact time along with the day we had previously discussed 2days prior. 2. Utilizing my household appliances to perform duties that one would consider are apart of the services I'm paying you to provide. (If not it should be stipulated) Clogging them and spending 10 minutes beating it on the floor to unclog it. 3. Price variation: I was charged $140 previously for 2 rooms and a hallway, this time I did 3 rooms and a hallway for $185. The problem lies with me being charged an extra $25 dollars if he would have to move the couch to a fro to clean up under it. The thing is that I moved everything myself and when the time came for the couch to be moved he knocked on the back room door and I came to move that also, AND HE STILL CHARGED ME THE EXTRA $25!!!‍

I was quoted a price for steam cleaning of carpets in 3 bedrooms, living room, stairs and 3 mattresses. The worker arrived late without prior notification. This was the shortest service I have ever received from any company doing this same work. The worker was done in an hour with only one go over of the items. After inspection the next day once my things dried I was able to see nothing had been cleaned. The carpets looked as if they had only been wet and not cleaned. I called and spoke with one of the representatives and was told they had done their job and would not be out to inspect the work done and in order to service my things again i would need to pay again. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!! They need training in quality customer service and a better attitude towards paying customers. Save your money and choose a better provider! They are a waste of good money and time!

(Never waste your time on one of those cheap rental units!) WCS came out right away, and did an incredible job getting the smell and stains out! It saved me from having to buy new carpet. A few weeks later, I noticed the smell was still lingering even after painting so they came back out for a consult and confirmed that the smell is still in the tile and grout in the kitchen and living room. Not only is the smell gone, but I couldn't believe what color the grout used to be! I highly recommend them for their promptness, communication, honesty, and integrity.

The explanation was that it would be too dangerous to leave garage doors open and dangerous to the equipment. Wow...given that the forecast since last week has been dangerously cold temps for this week, I find it extremely unreasonable and a poor business decision for K&T to make this last minute decision. I understand the concern and I respect the need to protect equipment. However, a call on Friday would have been appreciated much more than getting a call the day of the appointment! Moving on to a different company that respects their customers time. Amazingly, it only took one phone call to get another local carpet cleaning company to come out to my home TODAY!

We have a leather couch/loveseat, and three leather chairs (one of which had a very small stain). One of the men proceeded to claim that the person who quoted the job was new so the cost was going to be more. They started cleaning the first chair near the headrest and some of the leather started to look discolored. I'm not sure what product they had rubbed on, but the chair was not the same after they left. They then used a hair dryer on a low setting to get the area on the chair to dry. The man then proceeded to call his boss and said what happened to the chair. He then said they were packing it in and not going to do any more. They were gone shortly after. I would not recommend this company.

Both my husband and I, fairly adept at home repairs ourselves, were extremely impressed by Tony's knowledge and efficiency. When they were turning the water back on, they said they thought water was on somewhere in the house and had me check my upstairs bathroom. Sure enough, the bathtub faucet was on and I couldn't turn it off. They fixed that, too, and were done before 10 a.m. Instead of running up my costs, they only did the repair work needed (replace the shower stem valve).
