I had saved money from my Social Security Disability checks excited to have my carpet cleaned. I chose to use Stanley Steemer since the company has been around so long, I figured they would have the most knowledge about cleaning carpets. Since I could only get one room cleaned out by myself (11 x 10), I did not "qualify" for their special so it would be $99 for that one room. I thought it was pricey, but it needed cleaning and it would make me happy. On July 8th a crew came out and in a matter of 10 minutes they were done cleaning...so I thought. As the carpet dried every single spot that was on the carpet came right back. I called their office and reported this to them. The gal I spoke to told me that this happens and that they can send someone back out to do a "courtesy cleaning" the next day to fix it. The next day a different crew came out and they immediately told me that the spots that I have on my carpet weren't going to come out unless the padding was removed from under the carpet. They said they would go ahead with the "courtesy cleaning". At that moment I felt completely duped. How did this company that's been around for more years then I have not known this from the get-go? How could they still just take my money without explaining this to me first? That was their duty. I wanted a refund. Since this time, I have been trying to get in touch with Stanley Steemer' s managers Fred McCoy, Ray Lisotta and Complaint Manager, Gina. I keep being told they will call me, but they don't. I have had my bank file a claim to no avail. I am actively seeking help through Channel 8 News Better Call Behnken and I will continue until I receive my refund. This could have been easily resolved by Stanley Steemer with good customer service versus customer dodging. read more

For the first time I used Stanley Steemer to clean all carpets and wood floors in our 2,800 + sq. ft. home in Clearwater FL and was totally amazed to see how extremely clean they are now. Carlos, our Stanley Steemer Prof. Tech was A++ in Customer Service. Each process of cleaning was thoroughly explained, as well as spot removal. They also notified you in morning of service when to expect the arrival of the tech and he was right on time. Having very light carpets and a dog this was very important. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the results and again the professional service of Carlos. Job Well Done Stanley Steemer of Riverview FL read more

I had such a great experience with Stanley Steemer thanks to Kevin Hope, Frantz Augustine, and Juan Borges. They were incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything in my home was taken care of. They didn't rush anything and made sure my rug was perfectly clean--I could tell they really cared about doing the job right. On top of that, they were all so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better. It's rare to come across a team this amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality service! read more

I have used Stanley Steamer before and my carpets have turned out excellent. Yesterday I had Stanley Steamer come out to pick up an area rug that I needed to be cleaned. I used the Tampa #14 location, 3705 Crescent Park Dr Riverview Fl. The crewman that came out to help me, Carlos Upshaw, was excellent. He had wonderful customer service skills, was very approachable and my screaming one year old did not seem to phase him during our carpet conversation. If you live in the Tampa Bay area I highly suggest requesting Carlos for your carpet needs. Customer service is everything. read more

They showed up within the time window and went rigth to work. We added a couple of items and they were able to get them done too. We were disapointed some items didn't come clean but we cant blame them some things came out better than we thought. The only complaint was they swung a door into a wall when the doorstop failed and they fixed the doorstop but didn't say anything about the damaged wall that we found a few minutes after they left. No big deal but kind of sneaky read more

After many years we called Stanley Steamer to clean our very dirty tile and grout. Anthony and Michael were a wonderful team. They set about cleaning the tile and grout and made suggestions as to have we could improve the look of the floors. They were right on and when they left the floors looked like new and the grout had been colored and sealed. We were extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to invite them back when the floors need attention again. read more

Harley Walden came out and did a fantastic job. Always attentive to the needs of the customer. Stanley Steemer needs to promote quality staff and customer service such as Harley. Businesses need to retain their better staff. I have had several different technicians over the years, only to request specific help by name and be told they have moved on. Promote Harley Walden for the betterment of your company. Your company would be a better place because of it. read more

Ronald is the rudest person in all of Riverview. He's a slob over the phone and demeans anyone he speaks to. He speaks to people with disgust or maybe it was just us. Absolute no reason for this man to treat us like that. He does not deserve to work for Stanley steemer. Ron, if you're reading this, you are unworthy of your job. Period read more

Greg and Justin were our guys today and what a great job they did. We have had other companies clean our carpets over the years, but we think Stanley Steemer is the best. Very very great job on my RV. I would highly recommend. Tech took the time needed and paid attention to every detail and did not skimp anywhere. It was a difficult job on the ceiling. Stanley Steamer is great. We have never had an issue and the carpets always look great when they are done. Years ago I tried on of those dry chemical ones and they were terrible. Stains in carpet just came back within a few days. Stanley Steamer is the best! read more
