We set an appointment for two days later because Monday was a holiday, and he arrived on time. He explained everything upfront, and made suggestions, and was very open minded with what I wanted to accomplish. As you can see from the pictures, he did a great job! I feel like I have a brand new couch and a brand new rug! I was actually looking for other things in my house for him to clean, it was that good!
